Abstract: The present invention provides an antibody to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) envelope glycoprotein that can recognize one or more strains of HIV, wherein the epitope of HIV recognized by the antibody is inducible, and wherein the antibody binding to the epitope is enhanced by the presence of CD4 and the HIV co-receptor, and related fusion proteins, conjugates, nucleic acids, vectors, host cells, compositions and methods of use to inhibit an infection of a human at risk of becoming infected with HIV, to reduce the severity of an infection of a human infected with HIV, and to treat an infection of a human with HIV.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for electronic examination of medical fees, and more particularly to a method for electronic examination of medical fees using a system for electronic examination of medical fees. The system includes a transmit/receive server, a bill examination server, a management terminal and examiner terminals, and communicates with each medical institution server and a national health insurance corporation server. The bill examination server checks any error in medical bills and specifications received from each medical institution server through description inspection, automatic inspection, specialist inspection and computational examination. The bill examination server returns, corrects or adjusts any erroneous bill or specification, or inserts a message into the erroneous bill or specification. The management terminal distributes medical bills and specifications on which computational examination has been completed to the examiner terminals.

In addition, the target video detecting apparatus detects a predetermined sequence of frames having video indexes that match a sequence of video indexes of the advertisement signal from the broadcasting signal. According to one embodiment, the method comprises receiving from an inquirer a request to verify an identity of an individual initiating a transaction. The request includes account information for an account subject to the transaction and identity information for the individual initiating the transaction. Based on the request, a verifying financial institution is selected from one or more participating financial institutions. The request is forwarded to the verifying financial institution for verification of the identity information. An answer is received from the verifying financial institution indicating results of verification of the identity information. The answer is returned to the inquirer.

Abstract: The present invention facilitates the dynamic provisioning of computing and data assets in a commodity computing environment. The invention provides a system and method for dynamically provisioning and de-provisioning computing resources based on multi-dimensional decision criteria. By employing specialized computing components configured to assess an asset and requestor of an asset, a provisioning engine is able to transform the input from the computing components into a specific configuration of computing resource provisioning and security controls. According to the rules and policies applying to a security domain, the provisioning engine may dynamically allocate computing resources in a manner that is both safe and efficient for the asset.

Abstract: A method is provided for treating pain in patients recovering from post-surgical trauma by administering between about 13 to about 30 mg of diclofenac potassium in a liquid dispersible formulation over a period of at least 24 hours, wherein the daily total amount of diclofenac potassium administered is less than or equal to about 100 mg. The method is particularly useful in treating acute pain in bunionectomy patients.

Abstract: The invention relates to nucleic acids (such as DNA immunization plasmids), encoding fusion proteins containing a destabilizing amino acid sequence attached to an amino acid sequence of interest, in which the immunogenicity of the amino acid sequence of interest is increased by the presence of the destabilizing amino acid sequence. The invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding secreted fusion proteins, such as those containing chemokines or cytokines, and an attached amino acid sequence of interest, in which the immunogenicity of the amino acid sequence of interest is increased as a result of being attached to the secretory sequence. The invention also relates methods of increasing the immunogenicity of the encoded proteins for use as vaccines or in gene therapy.
