Abstract: A cartridge of an e-vaping device includes a housing extending in a longitudinal direction, a reservoir in the housing, a heater in the housing, and an absorbent material at least partially surrounding the sinusoidal shaped member. The reservoir is configured to store a pre-vapor formulation. The heater has a sinusoidal shaped member translating about an elliptical shape to define a channel there through. The absorbent material is in fluid communication with the reservoir.

Abstract: A section milling system may include an anchor secured to a downhole end of a coiled tubing. The anchor is configured to expand radially outward to set the anchor at a desired downhole position and restrain rotation of the coiled tubing. The section milling system also includes a reamer positioned downhole from the anchor. The reamer having extendable cutting arms configured to extend in response to fluid flowing through the reamer. Additionally, the section milling system includes a motor configured to rotate in response to fluid flowing through the motor, and rotation of the motor is configured to drive rotation of the cutting arms of the reamer to mill wellbore casing positioned adjacent the reamer. The section milling system further includes an actuation feature configured to move the reamer to mill along a wellbore in the uphole direction.

The method comprises administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a Mitogen/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MEK) inhibitor and a SRC Proto-Oncogene, Non-Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (SRC) inhibitor, wherein cancer cells of the subject express an amount of SRC p419 above a predetermined level and do not express a KRAS G12 mutation, thereby treating the CRC.

Abstract: Various examples generally directed to unlocking a locked contactless card for use as payment in card-present transactions are provided. The contactless card is a payment card associated with a payment account. An application executing on a mobile device may be operable to enable unlocking the locked contactless card and receive an indication that the contactless card associated with the mobile device is unlocked for use in card-present transactions. The application may present information related to permitted uses of the unlocked contactless card via a graphical user interface. The permitted uses of the unlocked contactless card may be modified via the graphical user interface.

Abstract: Embodiments of immunogens comprising a multimer of NiV G ectodomains and protein nanoparticles comprising an NiV G ectodomain are provided. Also disclosed are nucleic acids encoding the immunogens and methods of their production. Methods for inducing an immune response in a subject by administering a disclosed immunogen to the subject are also provided. In some embodiments, the immune response treats or inhibits NiV infection in a subject.

In one embodiment, for example, an apparatus may include at least one memory and logic coupled to the at least one memory. The logic may be configured to determine a total entity risk value representing a risk position of an entity comprising at least one segment, generate a plurality of risk tokens, each of the plurality of risk tokens having a token value that is a portion of the total risk value, determine a total segment risk value for the at least one segment, the total segment risk value representing a portion of the total entity risk value allocated to the at least one segment, and distribute the plurality of risk tokens to the at least one segment of the entity to correspond with the total segment risk value. The top includes a cover, a hinge coupled between the cover and the base, and a peripheral wall extending from an interior portion of the cover. Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for building contextual transcripts. A computing system may receive a textual transcript of a meeting that contains a variety of statements made by various attendees of the meeting, select the first statement made during the meeting, and determine which meeting attendee made the statement. A machine learning model corresponding to the particular attendee that has been trained using previously received statements by the particular attendee may be used on the utterance to determine the tone of the utterance. That tone may be recorded within the transcript and this process may be repeated for each utterance to build a contextual transcript.

Abstract: The system and methods described herein allow users to give their applicant information to at least one entity when seeking to submit an inquiry associated with an item, and have various lender microservices run in parallel, segregated by entity, in a jailed environment. The result of these microservices may be returned as a response to the inquiry, being determined autonomously for each respective entity based on one or more respective rule sets or executable logic for each respective entity. Payloads for multiple entities may be combined in a single output from the jailed environment due to outputs from the environment being encrypted in a universal format.

The thermal compensator comprises an outer layer comprising a first material, an inner layer comprising a second material, and a core disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer; wherein the core comprises a third material. The third material has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the first material and the second material. The core contracts when the wellbore temperature is decreasing and the contraction of the core moves the outer layer such that it applies a force to a structure adjacent to the outer layer.

Abstract: A method for estimating a thickness for each of a plurality of nested tubulars may include disposing an electromagnetic (EM) logging tool in a wellbore, transmitting an electromagnetic field from the transmitter into one or more tubulars to energize the one or more tubulars with the electromagnetic field thereby producing an eddy current, and measuring the electromagnetic field generated by the eddy current. Additionally, the method may include defining a prior distribution of at least one pipe thickness log based on the plurality of measurements, processing a first set of measurement depth points to estimate one or more tubulars at one or more depths in the wellbore, computing a posterior distribution of the thickness log based at least in part on the prior distribution and the one or more thicknesses, and determining a second set of measurement depth points to process based on the posterior distribution.

The system may include a downhole fluid sampling tool that may include one or more probes configured to extend into a formation, and a pump configured to collect a fluid from the formation through the one or more probes. The method may further comprise a flowline configured to transport the fluid from the formation through the one or more probes and through the downhole fluid sampling tool and a fluid analysis module comprising a resonator antenna disposed on the flowline and configured to measure at least one property of the fluid. Additionally, the method may comprise measuring at least one property of the fluid with at least one resonator antennas that are disposed on or within an outer surface of the flowline.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to the field of threshold generation where complex temporal and spatial behavior of metrics are modelled to define normal operating baseline of every component in a system environment. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and systems for generation and optimization of metric threshold for anomaly detection. In the present disclosure, temporal properties such as variation, behavioral patterns of a plurality of metrics are derived. The derived temporal properties are used to generate data-driven and domain-aware static or dynamic thresholds. Additionally, the present disclosure factors spatial and temporal properties collectively to mine a role of influencing metrics and define composite thresholds.

Abstract: An aerosol-generating device may include a housing having flexible portion along its length. The flexible portion is configured to transition between a relaxed or unloaded configuration and a flexed or deflected configuration. A flexible heating element and mouthpiece may also be disposed in the housing. When the housing is in a relaxed or unloaded configuration, the flexible heating element and the mouthpiece are at least partially longitudinally aligned with the flexible portion of the housing.

Abstract: Conventional Hamiltonian downfolding methods involve approximating exponential within the double unitary coupled cluster transformation which effects accuracy of the resultant Hamiltonian. Thus, the present disclosure provides a method for downfolding electronic Hamiltonians using a hybrid quantum-classical architecture wherein similarity transformation in such a way that the exponential terminates at linear order. In addition, a many body Bloch equation is defined which embodies every similarity downfolding transformation step. From the Bloch equation, a system of polynomial equations is derived for downfolding one molecular orbital. Quantum Circuits are used to facilitate solving the polynomial equations, which helps in constructing a lower dimensional Hamiltonian with one less molecular orbital at every downfolding step/iteration. The entire process gets repeated for every orbital downfolding, leading to a smaller dimensional effective Hamiltonian.
