The device may deploy the executable policy document in a common runtime environment that includes a shared runtime infrastructure to support multiple executable policy documents based on the validation utility indicating that the executable policy document satisfies functional requirements described in the design document associated with the API.

The reference beams are interfered with the target beam at the optical imaging system to create interference patterns, which can be recorded in a collective image having a plurality of side lobes. Holographic information in the side lobes can be combined to generate 3D images having a substantially reduced signal to noise ratio.

Conventional systems for location forecasting utilizes complex neural networks and hence are computationally intensive and requires high compute power. The disclosed system includes an efficient and light-weight RNN based network model for predicting motion of targets in first person monocular videos. The network model includes an auto-encoder in the encoding phase and a regularizing layer in the end helps us get better accuracy. The disclosed method relies entirely just on detection bounding boxes for prediction as well as training of the network model and is still capable of transferring zero-shot on a different dataset.

In addition, the imagery can be fed into a damage classifier that automatically classifies the degree of damage and generates accurate estimates of repair costs.
