  • Patent number: 11847872
Abstract: A system and a method for diagnosing a problem with a motor vehicle using sound. Ambient noise information for the motor vehicle is determined. Current sound information is received, and whether there is a variation in sound between the current sound information and the ambient noise information is determined. The ambient noise information is subtracted from the current sound information if the variation has been identified, to identify a sound anomaly. A sound anomaly signal is extracted and compared with predetermined anomaly signal information stored in a database. The predetermined anomaly signal information is associated with diagnostic information.

  • Patent number: 11847572
Abstract: A method for detecting fraudulent interactions may include receiving interaction data, including a first plurality of interactions with (first) fraud labels and a second plurality of interactions (without fraud labels). Second fraud label data for each of the second plurality of interactions may be generated with a first neural network (e.g., classifying whether each interaction is fraudulent or not). Generated interaction data and generated fraud label data may be generated with a second neural network. Discrimination data for each of the second plurality of interactions and generated interactions may be generated with a third neural network (e.g., classifying whether the respective interaction is real or not). Error data may be determined based on the discrimination data (e.g., whether the respective interaction is correctly classified). At least one of the neural networks may be trained based on the error data. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11847682
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for recommending a service provider. An embodiment operates by receiving a search request specifying a service request by a user and location for the requested service, retrieving prior financial transactions of the user to purchase the service from a database, and determining a preference of the user based on the retrieved prior financial transactions. The embodiment further operates by applying the preference to a model trained to output a recommended service provider and selecting the recommended service provider for display on a user's device. The model more likely recommends service providers in the location having a higher ratio of tip-to-price relative to other providers for the service in the location based on a history of prior financial transactions of a plurality of users.

  • Patent number: 11847123
Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to knowledge retrieval using ontology-based context matching. Conventional knowledge retrieval methods and systems are based on generative context that is modeled loosely as some meta data annotations. The meta data annotations do not provide sufficient semantic basis for meaningful context matching, compromising safety aspect. Other typical systems are designed such that the context is encoded into knowledge elements themselves, thus matching is too strict and the knowledge can only be used in contexts that match exactly, compromising the reuse aspect. The disclosed method and system explicitly models the context in which knowledge is generated, and matches the problem context with the generative context of knowledge, with respect to the underlying domain ontology, to assess the degree of similarity between the two, which then provides the basis for ranking the suitability of different knowledge elements for the problem context.

  • Patent number: 11849042
Abstract: A method includes an authorizing entity computer receiving a request for a virtual access credential from a communication device operated by a user. The authorizing entity computer can then transmit the virtual access credential to the communication device operated by the user. The authorizing entity computer can then receive an authorization request message comprising the virtual access credential from an access device associated with a resource provider for an interaction between the user and the resource provider. The authorizing entity computer can then determine an account identifier linked to the virtual access credential. The account identifier being associated with an account maintained by an external entity computer that is external to the authorizing entity computer. The authorizing entity computer can then determine that the interaction is authorized based upon determining the account identifier associated with the virtual access credential.
