Abstract: In certain embodiments, a sensory indication may be generated on a transaction card. In some embodiments, an input signal associated with a purchase (executed using a transaction card) may be received. Based on the input signal, a timer for an event related to the purchase may be initiated. An output component of the transaction card may be activated when the timer expires. In some embodiments, the input signal may include information specifying a desired indication related to the event, a given output component for generating the desired indication, or other data.

Abstract: The ELECTRONIC RECEIPT MANAGER APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“ERM”) transforms transaction initiation requests and receipt requests via ERM components into receipt formatting, organization, storage and linkage with transactions. The ERM may be configured to receive a receipt through an interface of a portable device and determine a set of fields for formatting data from the receipt. The ERM may format the data from the receipt to include the set of fields and store the formatted data in a memory element of the portable device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically encrypting requests in accordance with embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining an updated private key been issued for a third-party service, storing, in a caching system, a routing entry comprising a security token for the third-party service, receiving a request to access the third-party service, and redirecting the client device to the third-party service.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for providing Near Field Communications. In certain embodiments, an Android mobile operating system based mobile device is configured with software that, when executed by one or more processors, determines whether the mobile device is to perform an NFC communication with a contactless payment terminal (CPT) using a secure element associated with an NFC controller included in the mobile device. Based on the determination, the mobile device is configured to execute software that performs communications with the CPT using the NEC controller.

Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes a user device storing a message data template comprising a plurality of data fields. A multi-record message may be generated using the message data template in response to an interaction between the user device and an access device. To generate the multi-record message, the user device may increment a counter stored on the user device to produce a counter value, and generate a dynamic cryptogram. The user device may additionally retrieve a credential. The counter value, the dynamic cryptogram, and the credential may then be incorporated into the plurality of data fields of the message data template to form the multi-record message. The multi-record message may be transmitted to the access device, where the access device forwards the multi-record message to an authorization computer to authorize or deny the interaction.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for generating pre-purchasing confidence recommendations. A browser widget scans post-sale activities of a user and searches for product-specific parameters of items from the scanned purchase records. A system stores the searched product-specific parameters and the post-sale activities in a data storage. The browser widget monitors purchasing activities of the user, and in response to the monitoring, retrieving, relevant product-specific parameters and the post-sale activities matching to the monitored purchasing activities. Based on the retrieving, generating a pre-purchasing confidence recommendation to the user before completion of a purchase by the user.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for generating and managing a time-bound virtual payment card are disclosed. A primary account holder requests a virtual payment card linked to their account to share spending with a third party while maintaining the security of their account. In the request, the account holder specifies a recipient and conditions for use of the virtual payment card including recurring temporal parameters. A service managed by the card issuing financial institution receives the request and generates a virtual card configured to the parameters specified. Thereafter, the service sends the virtual card to the specified recipient. After activating the virtual payment card, the recipient attempts a purchase at a merchant. Upon checkout, the service receives a request from the merchant and based on the transaction information in the request, determines whether the transaction meets the conditions for use and approves or denies the transaction accordingly.

Logic may cluster customers into a first group associated with a first subset of synonyms and a second group associated with a second subset of the synonyms. Logic may associate a first tag with the first group and with each of the synonyms of the first subset. Logic may associate a second tag with the second group and with each of the synonyms of the second subset. Logic may associate one or more models with pairs of the groups. A first pair may comprise the first group and the second group. The first model associated with the first pair may adjust words in communications between the first group and the second group, based on the synonyms associated with the first pair, by replacement of words in a communication between customers of the first subset and customers of the second sub set.

Abstract: A vehicle engagement assembly includes a base frame, a lift arm pivotally coupled to the base frame, and a pivot restraint mechanism that can inhibit rotation of the lift arm relative to the base frame about a pivot axis while the pivot restraint mechanism is in a restrained configuration. The base frame includes a first pair of flanges and a web connecting the first pair of flanges. The pivot restraint mechanism includes an arm restraint body and a base frame restraint body. The arm restraint body is associated with the lift arm such that the arm restraint body pivots with the lift arm relative to the base frame. The base frame restraint body is associated with the base frame and includes a rotational stopping surface that engages with the web to thereby transfer a rotational load from the lift arm onto the web in the restrained configuration.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for auto-locating a user in a parking lot and/or automatically directing a user to recommended inventory. For example, a customer may capture an image of a vehicle, or a marker associated with a vehicle, in a parking lot. The image may be processed locally or at a server. A vehicle may be identified based on analysis of the image. Further, information regarding the user may be processed to determine another vehicle appropriate for a recommendation. For example, a prompt on a mobile device may suggest a popular model similar to the vehicle being viewed. The system may then provide directions (e.g., augmented reality directions) to the user to direct the user to the vehicle.

Abstract: Presented herein are systems and methods for end-to-end encryption for session-less communications. A first server may receive, from a second server, a request to retrieve keys for a customer device to access a service. The request may include a device identifier and a first token encrypted using a first encryption key. The first server may determine, responsive to validating, that the customer device is to be issued a second token. The first server may identify least a portion of the first token decrypted using the first encryption key. The first server may generate a set of second encryption keys to be used by the customer device. The first server may package the second token to include (i) at least the portion of the first token and (ii) the set of second encryption keys. The first server may transmit, to the second server, a response including the second token.

Abstract: Computer vision systems and methods for text classification are provided. The system detects a plurality of text regions in an image and generates a bounding box for each detected text region. The system utilizes a neural network to recognize text present within each bounding box and classifies the recognized text, based on at least one extracted feature of each bounding box and the recognized text present within each bounding box, according to a plurality of predefined tags. The system can associate a key with a value and return a key-value pair for each predefined tag.

Abstract: An apparatus for packaging of loose product includes a loading station, a box forming station and an uploading station. The loading station includes moveable chutes in spaced apart relation. Each chute has an open top, an open upstream end, and an open downstream end. The open top is configured to receive loose product while moving along a first feed path. The box forming station is operable to partially erect boxes in spaced apart relation with first and second open sides and align the first open side of each box with the downstream end of a corresponding chute while moving along a second feed path. The unloading station includes a stationary vacuum head in communication with the second open side of each box. The vacuum head provides a continuous vacuum source along the second feed path operable to move loose product from the chute into the boxes.

Abstract: Milk is consumed in large quantities across the world and quality of milk is important to consumer. Multilayer packaging is one of solution to maintain quality of milk for prolonged period. However, quality of milk may change due to issues in handling, transportation, environment, and packaging. Currently available techniques fail to detect milk quality when packaging is opaque. Hence, common methods that are used for detecting quality of milk cannot be easily used over packaged milk. Present application provides non-invasive method and system for detecting quality of packaged milk. More specifically, system uses a sensing technique enabled in a capacitive Near-field communication (NFC) tag and an NFC enabled device for detecting quality of the packaged milk in real-time. In particular, the capacitive NFC tag is configured to provide milk quality information on NFC enabled device when NFC enabled device comes near capacitive NFC tag configured on packaged container.

Abstract: The present disclosure addresses unresolved problem of monopoly in content authoring, creation of dependency loop by providing a single, scalable, one-stop knowledge platform offering high degree of customization by multiple users and leveraging emerging technologies for rapid end-to-end game or learning solutions development. Embodiment of the present disclosure provides methods and systems for providing customized game-based learning and assessment framework. The present disclosure provides a mechanism to configure custom content into a readymade learning and assessment platform. The framework proposed in the present disclosure is custom built to support scalable architecture of a modular digital learning platform, and its functionalities. The system of the present disclosure allows content creators to author custom content to create immersive learning experience that could range from Spatial three-dimensional (3D) technologies, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) or games at one place.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed that leverage multi-factor authentication features of a service provider and intelligent call routing to increase security and efficiency at a customer call center. Pre-authentication of customer support requests reduces the potential for misappropriation of sensitive customer data during call handling. A contactless card uniquely associated with a client may provide a second factor of authentication via a backchannel to reduce the potential for malicious third-party impersonation of the client prior to transfer of the call to the customer call center. Pre-authorized customer support calls may be intelligently and efficiently routed directly to call center agents, without incurring further delay. During call handling, call center agents may initiate further client authentication processes, including contactless card authentication requests, over one or more different communication channels for authorizing access to sensitive information or to allay suspicion.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus, a system and a non-transitory computer readable medium that implement processing circuitry that receives non-dialog information from a smart device and determines a data type of data in the received non-dialog information. Based on the determined data type, the processing circuitry transforms the received first data using an input from a machine learning algorithm into transformed data. The transformed data is standardized data that is palatable for machine learning algorithms such as those used implemented as chatbots. The standardized transformed data is useful for training multiple different chatbot systems and enables the typically underutilized non-dialog information to be used to as training input to improve context and conversation flow between a chatbot and a user.

Abstract: Recombinant Norovirus Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) formed from recombinant Norovirus VP1 proteins, and methods of their use and production are disclosed. In several embodiments, the Recombinant Norovirus VLPs can be used to generate an immune response to Norovirus VP1 protein in a subject. In additional embodiments, an effective amount of the recombinant Norovirus VLPs can be administered to a subject in a method of inhibiting a Norovirus infection.

Abstract: The exemplary embodiments may provide a search tool that can locate customer issues in call transcripts and agent notes and can provide an accurate count of how often such issues appear in the call transcripts and agent notes. The exemplary embodiments may improve the speed with which the search of documents is performed. The exemplary embodiments rely upon a document matrix that is computed once for a given corpus of documents and a given vocabulary of the documents. The document matrix may be used across multiple queries. The exemplary embodiments also account for similar terms in processing a query. The exemplary embodiments may use a word coverage factor to improve the relevance of the search results returned by the search tool. The word coverage factor acts as a multiple factor that computes the fraction a query terms that are present in a document.

Abstract: An e-vapor device may include a reservoir, a heater, and a bimetallic actuator. The reservoir is configured to hold a pre-vapor formulation. The reservoir defines an outlet configured to release the pre-vapor formulation therefrom. The heater is configured to heat the pre-vapor formulation released from the reservoir to generate a vapor. The bimetallic actuator may be configured to seal the outlet of the reservoir when vaping is not occurring and configured to unseal the outlet when vaping is occurring.
