Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and compositions for cementing. An example method may comprise providing a cement composition. The cement composition may comprise a composite cementitious material comprising a micronized particulate solid and a monophase amorphous hydraulic binder. The micronized particulate solid may have a mean particle size of about 500 microns or less. The cement composition may further comprise water. The method may further comprise introducing the cement composition into a subterranean formation; and allowing the cement composition to set.

Abstract: Compositions, methods, and systems for modifying sterol metabolism in a subject is disclosed. In some embodiments, the subjects may be administered one or more mammalian cells modified to express at least one sterol degrading enzyme derived from a bacterium. In many embodiments, the cell is a macrophage or monocyte stably expressing three or more enzymes that aid in opening the ? ring of cholesterol. The disclosed compositions and methods may be useful in lowering cholesterol levels in a subject in need thereof. In some embodiments, the subject may have a genetic predisposition to atherosclerosis.

Abstract: In some implementations, a server device may receive, from a client device, a script identifier, that identifies a script, and an indication of whether the script was successfully executed by the client device. The server device may determine whether a condition associated with disabling the script is satisfied based on the script identifier, the indication of whether the script was successfully executed by the client device, and stored information determined based on a plurality of indications of whether the script was successfully executed by a plurality of other client devices. The server device may selectively cause a data structure to be updated to indicate that the script is disabled based on determining whether the condition is satisfied. The data structure may be used to indicate whether the script is enabled prior to execution of the script.

Abstract: The invention relates to methods for producing an antibody which is specific for a mutant p53 polypeptide over wildtype p53 polypeptide, comprising using the mutant p53 polypeptide as an immunogen wherein the polypeptide comprises: (i) an antigen sequence, comprising an amino acid sequence of the mutant p53 polypeptide including the mutation and at least one amino acid immediately adjacent to the mutation, and (ii) a scaffold sequence for providing the antigen sequence in a solvent-accessible configuration, in particular wherein the scaffold sequence is thioredoxin. In the specific embodiments, antibodies against mutant p53 comprising R175H, R248Q or R273H are generated. Also disclosed are the uses of the antibodies for diagnosis, prognosis and stratification of patient groups and further encompasses the use of antibodies for imaging and treatment of cancer.

A block chain is stored, having primary authentication information, secondary authentication information, or both that is used in authenticating one or more electronic data action requests provided by a client system to a backend system. The client system, a secondary device, or both registers the secondary device with blockchain node, such that secondary device data is stored as the primary authentication information, the secondary authentication information, or both in the blockchain node.

Abstract: An aerosol generating system includes a heater assembly and a manually operated pump. The pump includes a hollow member with an inlet portion and an outlet portion. The inlet portion of the hollow member is configured connectable with a liquid storage portion. The outlet portion of the hollow member is in fluid communication with a dispensing assembly. The pump is configured to dispense a liquid material onto the heater assembly. The pump is configured to pump the liquid material from the liquid storage portion via the dispensing assembly and onto the heater assembly.

Abstract: A dual clutch travel joint system includes an inner-mandrel and an outer-mandrel. The inner-mandrel includes a first connector on a downhole portion of the inner-mandrel and a second connector on an uphole portion of the inner-mandrel. The outer-mandrel includes a third connector that is positionable to mate with the first connector to apply torque to the inner-mandrel while the inner-mandrel is in a tension arrangement with the outer-mandrel within a wellbore. Additionally, the outer-mandrel includes a fourth connector positionable to mate with the second connector to apply torque to the inner-mandrel while the inner-mandrel is in a compression arrangement with the outer-mandrel within the wellbore.

Abstract: In described embodiments, a method of processing sludge of a poultry plant into solids includes storing sludge in a tank where the sludge is a dissolved air floatation (DAF) float treated with Polymer Chemistry. A polymer is added to the sludge to produce a slurry that is separated into at least one liquid phase and solids in a horizontal decanter centrifuge having a weir ring. In conjunction with operating the centrifuge with a laminar flow, adjusted feed rate and polymer dosing, the system allows for production of low moisture solids (<50%) from the poultry plant DAF float and discharge of a clear liquid phase.

Abstract: The cartridge for the aerosol-generating system includes a housing defining an air inlet and an air outlet and an airflow path defined within the housing. The cartridge includes an atomizer assembly with an aerosol-generating element that is fluid permeable, and two electrical contact portions connected to the aerosol-generating element. The aerosol-generating element has a first side and a second side opposite the first side, wherein the first side of the aerosol-generating element is exposed to the airflow path and the second side of the aerosol-generating element is in contact with a liquid. The cartridge includes the mount that contains the atomizer assembly, where the mount covers a first portion of the first side of the aerosol-generating element to isolate the electrical contact portions from the airflow path, and covers at least a portion of the second side of the aerosol-generating element to isolate the electrical contact portions from the liquid.

Abstract: A system for vaccinating swine according to one embodiment includes a housing having an open first end and an open opposite second end. The housing has a pair of side walls that are angled and non-parallel to one another such that at the second end only a single piglet can exit at one time. The system also includes a vaccination station for individually vaccinating piglets. The vaccination station is located between the pair of side walls in a region thereof that is sized to only permit one piglet to stand between the side walls. The vaccination station includes at least one sensor that detects the presence of the one piglet within the vaccination station and at least one spray nozzle positioned within the vaccination station such that a vaccine dose discharged therefrom is directed upwardly into facial areas of the piglet effectively.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a solar cell is disclosed. The method can include forming a dielectric region on a surface of a solar cell structure and forming a metal layer on the dielectric layer. The method can also include configuring a laser beam with a particular shape and directing the laser beam with the particular shape on the metal layer, where the particular shape allows a contact to be formed between the metal layer and the solar cell structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to analyte detection devices and methods of using such devices to detect minute quantities of a target analyte in a sample. In particular, the invention provides a method of detecting a target analyte in a sample comprising mixing the sample with a first detection conjugate and a second detection conjugate in solution, wherein the first and second detection conjugates comprise metallic nanostructures coupled to binding partners that are capable of specifically binding to the target analyte if present in the sample to form a complex between the first detection conjugate, the analyte, and the second detection conjugate, wherein a change in an optical signal upon complex formation indicates the presence of the target analyte in the sample. Methods of preparing nanostructures and nanoalloys, as well as nanostructures and nanoalloys conjugated to binding partners, are also described.

An account switch management system may include one or more memory devices storing software instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the software instructions to receive a list of transaction entries to be switched from a first account to a second account and account information associated with the first account and the second account. The one or more processors may also determine a recommendation relating to a customer action based on the transaction entries and the account information. The one or more processors may provide the list of transaction entries and account information and the recommendation to the client device. The one or more processors may also receive a request from the client device to complete an action and transmit a notification to a processing device to complete the action.

A model optimizer of the cloud computing system can provision computing resources of the cloud computing system with a data model. A dataset generator of the cloud computing system can generate a synthetic dataset for training the data model. The computing resources can train the data model using the synthetic dataset. The model optimizer can store the data model and metadata of the data model in a model storage. The cloud computing system can receive production data from a data source by a production instance of the cloud computing system using a common file system. The production data can be processed using the data model by the production instance. The computing resources, the dataset generator, and the model optimizer can be hosted by separate virtual computing instances of the cloud computing system.

Abstract: Techniques are described for capturing data from a digital document through the use of targeted user feedback regarding the position(s) of particular data field(s) in the document. Implementations enhance the speed and accuracy of data capture from documents and/or images of documents by providing a helpful and intuitive set of controls to enable the end user to indicate the position(s) of field(s) on a document. Through specification of the position of the field in the document, implementations may isolate the portion of the document where data extraction is to be performed to determine the associated value of the field. Any suitable number of field values may be extracted from the document in this manner, based on positions indicated by the user using the provided control(s). In some implementations, one or more actions may be automatically performed based on the extracted data, such as automated bill payment actions.

Abstract: A downhole deployment and isolation system may be used to deploy a completion string, service the well, and isolate the lower completion string, optionally in a single trip. The lower completion string may be run into the well with a valve in an open condition, such as a ball valve propped open by a mandrel. The mandrel may be operable to both disconnect the work string from the lower completion string and to close the valve upon disconnecting such as by removing the mandrel from the ball. The valve may be remotely reopened with fluid pressure form surface.
