Abstract: Methods and systems for a browser extension system are disclosed. In some embodiments, a browser extension server includes a communication device configured to communicate with a first computing device executing a browser extension application and a web browser application and a second computing device executing an authentication application. The browser extension server further includes a memory storing instructions, and a processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving from the first computing device an indication of a financial service account associated with the first computing device, detecting a payment field in a web page provided by the computing device through the web browser application and, in response, generating a secure token mapped to the financial service account.

Abstract: The present application relates to new systems and methods of quantifying hydrocarbon saturation using measured acoustic logs. The methods and systems herein can accurately quantify the water saturation and hydrocarbon percentage in a low resistivity low contrast shaly sand reservoir where previous methods would indicate the reservoir was wet. In an embodiment, the disclosed system utilizes acoustic logging equipment or tools and techniques to transmit and/or record acoustic signals. Acoustic logging equipment operates by generating acoustic signals and detecting the acoustic signals after the acoustic signals pass through one or more geologic formations.

Abstract: A system for synthesizing fault response documentation for power generation devices includes troubleshooting response synthesis circuitry configured to identify a fault stack based on monitored conditions at a first power generation device. The troubleshooting response synthesis circuitry may supplant missing documentation with documentation for power generation devices of a different type from the first power generation device. Language processing and translation is used to construct synthesized documentation for the first power generation device based on the documentation for power generation devices of a different type from the first power generation device. The synthesized documentation is used with generative language processing to generate troubleshooting response messages for faults in the identified fault stack.

Abstract: A dosing apparatus includes a doser mechanism that discharges an index amount of a granular material based on drawing the granular material from an intake hopper. A drop-down device is coupled between the intake hopper and a supply hopper and enables enable a flow of the granular material from the supply hopper to the intake hopper through a conduit. The drop-down device restricts a flow rate of the flow of granular material through the conduit based on directing the flow around a slat extending into the conduit. The slat has an upper slat surface that is angled downwards at an inclination angle that may correspond to an angle of repose of the granular material.

Abstract: An embodiment of an electronic vaping device includes: a memory; a light emitting device configured to optically transmit information associated with the electronic vaping device to an external device; and processing circuitry coupled to the memory and the light emitting device. The processing circuitry may be configured to: collect the information associated with the electronic vaping device; store the information in the memory; detect a triggering event; and initiate optical transmission of the information by the light emitting device in response to detecting the triggering event.

Abstract: Methods and systems for sensor-based provisioning for one or more users of a vehicle are described herein. In some aspects, the system may determine a first user of the vehicle and execute sensor functions to store first information associated with the vehicle. The system may determine a second user and execute the sensor functions to store second information associated with the vehicle. The system may retrieve total resource usage associated with the vehicle. The system may determine a fractional variable for the first user and a fractional variable for the second user. This allows the system to assign a first portion of the total resource usage to the first user based on the first fractional variable and a second portion of the total resource usage to the second user based on the second fractional variable.

The invention enables one or more of the operations of activation of a payment application, transfer of transaction data, updating of account records, setting or re-setting of a payment application counter or register, or transfer or processing of a script, command, or instruction, with these functions being performed with minimal impact on a consumer. This is accomplished by introducing a pre-tap and/or two-tap operation prior to, or as part of, the transaction flow.

According to some aspects of this disclosure, a first device may request to send an asset to a second device. A response action for the asset may be identified based on a user profile associated with the second device and a type of the asset. The asset may be sent to the second device responsive to identifying the response action. The response action may be triggered based on an indication that the second device received the asset.

Abstract: Systems and methods of evaluating well cementation are disclosed. In certain embodiments, a tool is lowered into a casing surrounded by an annular material within a wellbore. An emitter of the tool emits an acoustic signal at a first pitch angle selected to excite a mixed-mode Lamb wave comprising a symmetric extensional (Sn) mode and an asymmetric flexural (An) mode of a Lamb wave in the casing. A receiver of the tool that is disposed at a first distance from the emitter receives a portion of the Lamb wave that has leaked from the casing at approximately the first distance.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and system for generating recommendations for cloud instances for high performance computing (HPC) applications. The present disclosure provides an intelligent Cloud instance Recommender framework comprising a suitability matcher, a performance analyzer, and a decision making enabler. The method of the present disclosure ensures that the HPC application is assessed for its suitability for the cloud since there is no need of recommending cloud services if the HPC application cannot be migrated to the cloud. This assessment is performed using a machine learning (ML) predictor engine which is trained upon some parameters of the HPC application. The ML predictor engine predicts execution time of the HPC application on cloud instances, and then a cost of execution is estimated by a mathematical model based on the predicted execution time. Also, a weightage to user's input is provided using a recommender engine to generate final recommendations.

For example, a system may include at least one memory storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving data comprising a plurality of sequences of data values and training a recurrent neural network model to output conditional probabilities of subsequent data values based on preceding data values in the data value sequences. The operations may include generating conditional probabilities using the trained recurrent neural network model and the received data. The operations may include determining a data format of a subset of the data value sequences, based on the generated conditional probabilities, and reformatting at least one of the data value sequences according to the determined data format.

Abstract: Existing techniques for automated generation of test data for testing web applications need detailed requirement documents. The present disclosure receives a plurality of textual documents to extract context. Rephrasing the extracted context by implementing a plurality of rules and passing extracted context along with a first set of prompts to Large Language Model (LLM). Generating program, validator and first set of constraints for extracted context and generating test data by running the generated program. Assigning ranking to test data and selecting the test data with highest ranking. Statically refining the generated program by calling a mathematical library function on the highest ranked test data to generate structural information and modifying language of the second set of prompts passed to the LLM. Dynamically refining the generated program by passing feedback generated by executing the highest ranked test data on a web application and refining the response obtained.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for performing scanning and profiling of stored data to identify the location of data entries that comprise sensitive data that require storage in accordance with enhanced security requirements. The techniques advantageously move a portion of the scanning and profiling operations closer to the data storage locations, and involve deploying processing resources near the locations at which the data is stored rather than relying solely upon centralizing processing at a separate location. This approach has the advantages of reducing network traffic and latency, which can help improve performance and reduce costs, and may also facilitate organizations to better take advantage of distributed computing architectures, which can scale more effectively than centralized processing.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining a hydraulic fracture aperture within a subsurface region of interest. The methods may include obtaining, from a wellbore imaging tool, an image of a portion of a wellbore wall, wherein the wellbore penetrates the subsurface region of interest, obtaining, from a sonic logging tool, a full waveform sonic dataset for the portion, and identifying, using a well log interpretation system, a location of each member of a plurality of fractures in the image. The method may further include using a full waveform sonic processing system, for each member of the plurality of fractures, identifying a reflected sonic signal originating at the location of the fractures, and determining, from the reflected sonic signal, a hydraulic aperture.
