Abstract: A method includes estimating a number of threads to execute batch job within maximum completion time by executing a thread estimation algorithm. Executing the thread estimation algorithm includes: determining, using an ML model, a collection of one or more combinations, each including an estimated number of threads and an actual completion time for processing the batch job using the estimated number of threads, the actual completion time being less than or equal to the maximum completion time, and saving the collection including the one or more combinations in a list of threads and completion times. The list of threads and completion times is used to select, based on a list of cloud virtual machines available for use, an optimal virtual machine or an optimal virtual machine combination, the optimal virtual machine or the optimal virtual machine combination being capable of executing the batch job within the maximum completion time.

For example, the system may receive an input activity log and generate a plurality of tokens. The system may generate a time-ordered sequence of tokens based on the plurality of tokens. The system may generate an output vector encoding based on a machine learning model. The system may generate a predicted communication based on a vector encoding model. The system may transmit the predicted communication to a user device.

Abstract: A system for managing turn-based audio communications includes a user identity that is assignable to a communication device of a plurality of communication devices. The communication device is configured to communicate the turn-based audio communications on at least one channel. The system also includes a monitoring module that monitors at least one communication attribute of the at least one channel. Control circuitry is communicatively coupled with the monitoring module and is configured to determine a modification for the at least one channel based on the at least one communication attribute and adjust a messaging feature of the at least one channel in response to the modification. The messaging feature includes at least one of a timer for push-to-talk (PTT) messaging, a membership of the user identity to the at least one channel, and a priority level for the at least one channel.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a novel architecture to support always-on applications and/or models suffering drift in their results. The system may comprise one or more servers that are configured to track the historical behavior of incoming request data for a model and/or redirect the request as needed using parallel data domains. The one or more servers may maintain and update a catalog of potential data domains that partitions the historically received data. One partition may comprise data output from a current model. Another partition may comprise detected outliers in the data. In the case of drift, outliers, and/or anomalies in the incoming data, the system may return an error signal that causes data to be duplicated into a new data domain.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for generating a surround view of the surroundings of a motor vehicle, wherein the motor vehicle has a vehicle body and components which can move relative to the vehicle body, in particular deflectable components. The method includes generating a first mask which represents a silhouette of the vehicle body projected onto a background and generating a second mask which represents a silhouette of the movable components of the motor vehicle projected onto the background in the current state. The method further includes generating a mask of the motor vehicle by combining the first mask with the second mask and generating the surround view of the surroundings of the motor vehicle on the basis of camera images of vehicle cameras of the motor vehicle using the mask of the motor vehicle.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for applying padding (e.g., a scale factor) to a detected object (e.g., a rotated rectangle or other shape) in an image before rotation correction is applied. By applying the padding prior to the rotation correction, the system is more efficient as rotation correction may be performed simultaneously with other processing tasks such as cropping and downscaling. For example, by applying padding first, the system is able to keep rotation correction, cropping, and/or downscaling as a single step, which is quicker and more efficient.

Abstract: Polypeptides, proteins, and chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that specifically bind to human mesothelin582-598 (IP-NGYLVLDLSMQEALS) (SEQ ID NO: 1) are disclosed. Anti-mesothelin binding moieties, nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors, host cells, populations of cells, pharmaceutical compositions, and conjugates relating to the poly peptides, proteins, and CARS are disclosed. Methods of reducing mesothelin shed from cell membranes, methods of detecting the presence of cancer, and methods of treating or preventing cancer are also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention provides for novel methods for regulating and detecting the cytosine methylation status of DNA. The invention is based upon identification of a novel and surprising catalytic activity for the family of TET proteins, namely TET1, TET2, TET3, and CXXC4. The novel activity is related to the enzymes being capable of converting the cytosine nucleotide 5-methylcytosine into 5-hydroxymethylcytosine by hydroxylation.

The back-end server computer obtains a message comprising content to provide to an application installed on a user device. The back-end server computer encrypts the message with a master secret key or a key derived from the master secret key to obtain an encrypted message. The back-end server computer provides the encrypted message to the user device. Abstract: A disclosed method includes a tokenization computer receiving, from a processing network computer, a tokenization request message during an interaction between a first user device and a second user device. The tokenization request message comprises first user account data and second user account data. The tokenization computer can select a tokenization option of a plurality of tokenization options in a tokenization matrix based on the first user account data and the second user account data. The tokenization computer can then determine alternate first user account data and alternate second user account data based on the tokenization option. The tokenization computer can generate a tokenization response message comprising the alternate first user account data and the alternate second user account data. The tokenization computer can then provide the tokenization response message to the processing network computer.

Disclosed herein are three configurations using a central sub-aperture and a plurality of peripheral sub-apertures, encompassing the central sub-aperture. Size of the central sub-aperture and the plurality of peripheral sub-apertures is in a proportionate relationship. A first server may receive, from a second server, a request to retrieve keys for a customer device to access a service. The request may include a device identifier and a first token encrypted using a first encryption key. The first server may determine, responsive to validating, that the customer device is to be issued a second token. The first server may identify least a portion of the first token decrypted using the first encryption key. The first server may generate a set of second encryption keys to be used by the customer device. The first server may package the second token to include (i) at least the portion of the first token and (ii) the set of second encryption keys. The first server may transmit, to the second server, a response including the second token.

In some embodiments, first and second mobile devices may be detected as being within a proximity threshold of a holographic display device, where the first mobile device is associated with a first user account and the second mobile device is associated with a second user account. Based on the detection, (i) navigation information of the first and second mobile devices, (ii) return value information indicating respective return values associated with candidate items, and (iii) account feature compatibility information may be obtained and inputted into a machine learning model. Despite a first candidate item being incompatible with a second account feature set for the second mobile device, a first holographic representation of the first candidate item may be displayed.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to a transaction exchange platform using a streaming data platform (SDP) and microservices to process transactions according to review and approval workflows. The transaction exchange platform may receive transactions from origination sources, which may be added to the SDP as transaction objects. As the transactions are processed, the transactions may require access to a resource (e.g., a key value in a database). A microservice processing the transaction may request, from a locking microservice, a lock for the resource. The locking microservice may query a local cache to determine whether a lock exists for the resource. If the local cache determines that no lock exists for resource, the locking mechanism may employ a consensus protocol to obtain a lock for the resource from a plurality of clusters. If consensus is reached, a lock for the resource may be granted to the requesting microservice.
