Abstract: Provided is a downhole tool and a well system. The downhole tool, in one aspect, includes a tubular providing one or more production fluid flow paths for a production fluid. The downhole tool, according to this aspect, further includes one or more float chambers located within the tubular, and two or more floats located within the one or more float chambers. In one aspect, a first of the two or more floats has a first density (?1) between a density of gas (?g) and a density of oil (?o), and a second of the two or more floats has a second density (?2) between the density of oil (?o) and a density of water (?w). Abstract: Disclosed are a method and system for generating a behavior profile for a new entity. The method is performed in response to and immediately after a new entity is added to a fraud detection system. The method includes generating a doppelganger behavior profile for the new entity based on feature data of the new entity and pre-existing entities. Generating the profile includes determining a similarity score for each pre-existing entity, ranking the plurality of pre-existing entities based on the score, selecting pre-existing entities based on the ranking, and combining behavior profiles of the preexisting entities to produce the profile. The method also includes assigning the profile to the new entity and monitoring the new entity. The method further includes detecting fraud, an anomaly, and/or malicious intent based on the profile, and automatically suspending an aspect of the new entity in response to the detection.

Abstract: An oscillation controller operates on engine speed or RPM data from a pump or pumping unit associated with a wellbore operation. The oscillation controller determines a measure of variability, such as a bandwidth, for the engine speed over a rolling time window and compares the measure of variability to an oscillation bandwidth threshold. The oscillation controller determines that erratic behavior or oscillation is present when the measure of variability exceeds the oscillation bandwidth threshold, and for such instances measures a duration of erratic behavior with a variability timer. If the oscillation controller determines that the erratic behavior has subsided, the variability timer is cleared. The oscillation controller generates at least one warning whenever the variability timer exceeds an oscillation warning threshold.

Abstract: A patient immersion sensor includes a radio detection and ranging (RADAR) apparatus to determine a time of flight (TOF) of a RADAR pulse and a reflected signal that is reflected by a patient or by a portion of a patient support surface supporting the patient. The TOF is indicative of an immersion depth or a distance toward bottoming out of a patient supported on the patient support surface, such as a mattress or a pad. The RADAR apparatus emits pulses of very short duration so as to be able to detect objects, such as a patient or a portion of a mattress or pad, at very close distances. The RADAR apparatus may use time-of-flight (TOF) between transmission of the pulse and receipt of a reflected signal to determine a distance toward bottoming out by the patient, thereby to determine if the patient is properly immersed into the patient support surface.
