Abstract: Embodiments herein report compositions, methods and uses for dengue-4 (DENV-4) virus constructs. Some embodiments concern a composition that includes, but is not limited to, DENV-4 virus constructs alone or in combination with other constructs, can be used in a vaccine composition to induce an immune response in a subject. In certain embodiments, compositions can include constructs of more than one serotypes of dengue virus, such as dengue-1 virus, dengue-2 virus, or dengue-3 virus in combination with DENV-4 virus constructs disclosed herein. In other embodiments, DENV-4 constructs disclosed herein can be combined in a composition with other flavivirus constructs to generate a vaccine against more than one flavivirus. Other embodiments provide methods and uses for DENV-4 virus constructs in vaccine compositions that when administered to a subject induce an immune response in the subject against DENV-4 that is improved by modified constructs compared to other vaccine compositions.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for processing customer purchase transactions using biometric data. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a processing entity receives biometric data of a customer, wherein the biometric data is unique to the customer. The processing entity may additionally receive transaction data, the transaction data reflecting the price of a purchase transaction by the customer. The processing entity may compare the received biometric data to stored biometric data associated with customers of a financial service provider and identify common biometric data. Additionally, the processing entity may correlate the common biometric data to a customer account associated with the financial service provider, compare the customer account associated with the financial service provider with the transaction data, and verify the customer account associated with the financial service provider contains adequate funds. Furthermore, the processing entity may authorize the purchase transaction.
Abstract: A device may obtain text to be analyzed to determine semantic connections between sections of the text. The device may identify subject-verb-object (SVO) units included in the text, and may determine SVO unit information that describes the SVO units. The device may analyze the SVO unit information to determine semantic connection information that identifies one or more semantic connections between two or more of the SVO units. The one or more semantic connections may identify relationships between verbs associated with the two or more of the SVO units. The device may generate a semantic network based on the SVO unit information and the semantic connection information, and may provide information regarding the semantic network.
Abstract: A computing apparatus includes: a transaction handler configured to process transactions in a payment processing network; a data warehouse configured to store transaction data recording the transactions processed at the transaction handler; a profile generator configured to generate, based on the transaction data, a profile including business activity data configured to identify a time period of active business, and a portal configured to communicate with a search engine to enhance search results using the business activity data.

Abstract: Described herein is a method for rendering specification creation, including identifying, within one or more contents, labels as sensitive labels when data associated with the label are determined sensitive based on one or more user-defined policy rules, wherein the identifying considers structural locations of labels determined as sensitive and the data associated with the sensitive label; configuring rendering specifications for data associated with the identified sensitive labels; and associating the configured rendering specifications with the sensitive labels of the data determined as sensitive, for execution in real time.
Abstract: A method includes introducing a tool into a wellbore lined at least partially with a first casing and a second casing concentrically overlapping a portion of the first casing emitting an acoustic wave from an acoustic source included in the tool causing the first and second casings to vibrate at their respective resonant frequencies, emitting high frequency electromagnetic (EM) energy using the tool that interacts with the first casing to generate a first EM scattered field, emitting low frequency EM energy using the tool, at least a portion of the low frequency EM energy traversing the first casing and interacting with the second casing to generate a second EM scattered field, and analyzing the first and second EM scattered fields to determine a presence of corrosion in at least one of the first and second casings.
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for retaining components in a downhole motor in the event of a mechanical separation or failure of one or more components therein. As described, the retention mechanism does not require a threaded connection to components of the mud motor drivetrain. Downhole motor assemblies including the new catch mechanism also include a structural element to engage the catch assembly and the components to which it is attached in the event of a mechanical failure within the mud motor assembly.
Abstract: An apparatus (10) for selectively opening up a portion of a cable (12) is provided. The apparatus (10) includes a first guide (14) arranged to receive a core (16) of the cable (12). A second guide (18, 20) is spaced laterally apart from the first guide (14) and is arranged to receive one or more outer wires (22, 24) of the cable (12). The second guide (18, 20) is also arranged to draw a portion of the one or more outer wires (22, 24) of the cable (12) away from the core (16) of the cable (12) as the cable (12) is passed through the apparatus (10) when in use.
Abstract: A patient support apparatus includes a controller operable to determine the true patient weight by detecting the net weight change of the patient supported on the patient support apparatus. The controller is configured to automatically detect and distinguish the addition or removal of non-patient loads from patient-related loads by determining the rate of weight change of each weight event signals. The controller is further configured to determine the net weight change of the patient by automatically updating a net weight of the non-patient loads on the patient support apparatus.
Abstract: A cartridge of an e-vaping device includes a housing extending in a longitudinal direction, a reservoir in the housing, a heater in the housing, and an absorbent material at least partially surrounding the sinusoidal shaped member. The reservoir is configured to store a pre-vapor formulation. The heater has a sinusoidal shaped member translating about an elliptical shape to define a channel there through. The absorbent material is in fluid communication with the reservoir.
