Abstract: A molecular nanotag is disclosed that includes a core nanoparticle with a diameter of less than about 100 nm, with an optional shell surrounding the core, and an armor bound to the surface of the core nanoparticle, or if present, to the surface of the shell. The molecular nanotag also includes a functionalized end with a fixed number of binding sites that can selectively bind to a molecular targeting ligand. Any one of, or any combination of, the core, the shell and the armor contribute to fluorescence, light scattering and/or ligand binding properties of the molecular tag that are detectable by microscopy or in a devices that measures intensity or power of fluorescence and light scattering.

Abstract: A method of communication along a shared voltage line is disclosed. In pulse power drilling, a generator charges applies voltage to a shared voltage line, which capacitively charges electrodes for formation drilling. While the generator controls the charging rate, charge voltage, and post-delay time between the charging cycles, a pulse power controller determines the pre-delay time by firing electrodes to discharge the stored voltage. Communication from the pulse power controller to the generator is encoded in the pre-delay time, where pre-delay times longer than a minimum pre-delay time correspond to time bins with pre-determined communications between the pulse power controller and the generator. The generator can also communicate to the pulse power controller via manipulation of the post-delay time.

Abstract: Provided is a computer-implemented method for event-based communication and messaging that includes determining general event data associated with an event, determining user data associated with a user based on determining the event data associated with the event, determining pre-event data associated with the event, current event data associated with the event, or post-event data associated with the event based on the general event data associated with the event and the user data associated with the user, determining a current user location of the at least one user, generating at least one message based on the current user location, the at least one message including at least one of the following: pre-event data; current event data; post-event data; or any combination thereof; and communicating the at least one message to a user device of the user. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive dependency indicators associated with a plurality of cloud-based applications and receive change indicators associated with changes to one or more first applications of the plurality of cloud-based applications. The system may receive an indicator associated with an incident ticket based on a problem with a second application of the plurality of cloud-based applications. The device may determine at least one of the change indicators associated with the incident ticket based on dependencies between the one or more first applications and the second application and based on a difference between a time associated with the incident ticket and a time associated with the at least one of the change indicators. The system may, based on determining the at least one of the change indicators, transmit a command to rollback at least one of the changes or to rollforward at least one change.

The method also includes generating time series data based on the transaction data and generating a predictive model configured to: (i) receive an input of time-interval-based transaction data; and (ii) output a probability of primary financial device primacy change, the predictive model trained based on historic transaction data. The method further includes determining a probability of primary financial device primacy change for the financial device holder by applying the predictive model to the time series data. The method further includes, generating at least one communication to at least one issuer and/or the financial device holder.
