Abstract: Provided herein are O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) inhibitor compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, hydrates, polymorphs, co-crystals, tautomers, stereoisomers, isotopically labeled derivatives, prodrugs, and compositions thereof. Also provided are methods and kits involving the inventive compounds or compositions for treating and/or preventing diseases (e.g., diabetes and complications thereof, neurodegenerative diseases, proliferative diseases such as cancers, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases) in a subject. Provided are methods of inhibiting OGT in a subject or biological sample.

Abstract: An age and/or identity verification system for reduced-risk devices (RRD) may include a RRD, the RRD initially in an inoperable state, an identity verification server configured to perform identity verification related to an adult consumer, and a computing device. The computing device may receive adult consumer identity information corresponding to the adult consumer from the adult consumer, receive the UID of the RRD, transmit the adult consumer identity information and the UID of the RRD to the identity verification server to perform identity verification of the adult consumer, receive results of the performed identity verification from the identity verification server, receive an encrypted key corresponding to the RRD based on the results of the performed identity verification of the adult consumer, and transmit the encrypted key to the RRD. The RRD may change the state of the RRD to an operable state based on the encrypted key.

Abstract: An e-vapor device may include a reservoir, a heater, and a bimetallic actuator. The reservoir is configured to hold a pre-vapor formulation. The reservoir defines an outlet configured to release the pre-vapor formulation therefrom. The heater is configured to heat the pre-vapor formulation released from the reservoir to generate a vapor. The bimetallic actuator may be configured to seal the outlet of the reservoir when vaping is not occurring and configured to unseal the outlet when vaping is occurring.

Abstract: Various downhole logging tools and methods of using and making the same are disclosed. In one aspect a method evaluating cement bond quality in a well is provided. In a well with a particular casing/tubing configuration, waveforms of acoustic energy returning from the tubing and the casing with the tubing present are recorded. A frequency spectrum from the recorded waveforms is determined. Amplitudes of the returning acoustic energy at one or more preselected frequency(s) of interest of a range of frequencies at which the amplitudes are noticeably affected by cement bond quality for the particular casing/tubing configuration are determined. The determined amplitudes are compared with one or more baseline amplitudes to look for indications of cement bond quality. Other aspects involve time domain analysis.

Abstract: Some embodiments may include causing a message to be output by a speaker of an interactive kiosk in response to detecting a user's presence in an environment of the interactive kiosk. First data representing a response to the message may be captured via at least one sensor of the interactive kiosk. Based on the first data and second data related to prior responses provided by one or more users, a similarity metric for each of the prior responses may be determined, where the similarity metric indicates a degree of similarity between the response and each of the prior responses. An account associated with the response may be determined based on one of the similarity metrics satisfying a predefined authentication condition, a account associated with response, and access to one or more services associated with the account may be provided via the interactive kiosk.

Abstract: A transportable container includes: a container, wherein the container comprises: two sidewalls; a front wall; and a floor; and a mating assembly, wherein the mating assembly is attached to the container and comprises: two or more rails secured to an underneath plane of the floor, wherein the two or more rails matingly engage with two or more hoist rails of a roll-off truck; two or more rear rollers; and a loading assembly. The mating assembly and the loading assembly can be attached to the container after the container has been transported from a first location to a second location. The container can thus, be re-purposed for loading, transporting, and unloading via a roll-off truck. The container can be loaded, transported, and unloaded via a cable/winch system or a hook/lift system of the roll-off truck.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for determining developed code scores of an application. The method may include: receiving a shell of developed code for an application including first score tags of first blocks of developed code and second score tags of second blocks of developed code from a first user; storing the received shell of developed code in a database; receiving third score tags of the first blocks of developed code from a second user; identifying patterns in the developed code based on the received third score tags; applying the identified patterns to the second blocks of the developed code; determining fourth score tags for the second blocks of the developed code based on the applied patterns; and updating the shell of developed code based on the received third score tags and the determined fourth score tags.

Abstract: A web browser may output a form comprising a payment field. A URL may be received from a communications interface of a contactless card, the URL comprising encrypted data generated by the contactless card based on a private key stored in a memory of the contactless card. An application may transmit the encrypted data to an authentication server, which may decrypt the encrypted data based on the private key. The application may receive, from a virtual account number server, a virtual account number. The application may receive an expiration date and a CVV. The application may copy the virtual account number to a clipboard of an OS. The OS may paste the virtual account number from the clipboard to the payment field of the form in the web browser. The OS may output a notification comprising the expiration date and the CVV associated with the virtual account number.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for executing a point of sale deposit. In one embodiment, a system may include one or more memory devices storing software instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the software instructions to receive transaction information related to a point of sale deposit from a client device, and generate a pending deposit transaction based on the transaction information. The one or more processors may be further configured to execute the software instructions to receive a first transaction token from the client device, receive a second transaction token from a third-party device, match the first transaction token to the second transaction token, and complete the pending deposit transaction based on the match.

A machine learning model may identify a query pattern and/or a change in the query pattern from the query log, identify a column associated with the query pattern, and identify an addition, removal, or modification of an index related to the identified column. The database index management system may perform one or more additions, removals or modifications of indices of the database based on query patterns identified in the query log. The database index management system continuously improves database performance in response to changing database usage patterns over time.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for mitigation of fraudulent transactions. In some embodiments, a server is communicatively coupled to a user device, and is configured to receive a proposed transaction from a merchant device communicatively coupled to the server, apply a dynamic classification algorithm to the proposed transaction to determine if the proposed transactions appears to be fraudulent, generate a user verification request when the proposed transaction appears to be fraudulent, transmit the user verification request to a user computing device communicatively coupled to the server, receive an approval or a refusal of the proposed transaction based on the user verification request, and process the proposed transaction based on the received approval or refusal of the proposed transaction.

Abstract: Examples are described that enable a sales notification application executing on the mobile device to provide an indication of a better price for a product. In the examples, product information may be obtained from product purchase receipts uploaded by mobile devices executing an instance of a sales notification application. Similarities may be determined between the product information received from each product purchase of the plurality of product purchases. The product information from each of the uploaded receipts may be aggregated based on the determined similarity between the product information. A selected product and a location at which the selected product has been purchased previously may be received for comparison to the aggregated information in a product purchase database. A comparison result may be output to the sales notification application. A payment card may be enabled to purchase the selected product.

Abstract: A system for scoring user conversation satisfaction. The system comprises one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute instructions to perform operations. The operations comprising receiving data corresponding to a conversation between the user and a third-party service provider. The operations further comprising parsing the data into conversation subsets, and analyzing each respective subset with a first model, the operations further comprising determining a user conversation satisfaction score based on the first model analyzed subset; storing, in a database, the parsed data subsets, and the determined conversation satisfaction score; and training a second model with the data stored in the database.

Abstract: A spring anchor assembly for fastening track rail includes a spring anchor having a hook end, a tail end, and a middle section. An insulator is fitted upon the spring anchor and includes a plurality of rib walls extending fore and aft between a first outer insulator wall and a second outer insulator wall. The outer insulator walls form downward depending wall sections extending, respectively, from termination locations of the rib walls to the lower peripheral edges. A channel is formed between the wall sections and receives the middle section, contacted by the plurality of rib walls at the termination locations. The insulator insulates the spring anchor to limit leaking electrical currents from the track rail to ground.

Abstract: Entities may reference ledgers in order to better understand a historic use and/or status of an account. For example, a user may track historic spending or received payments based on referencing a ledger, or an enterprise may check a balance of an account for a user based on a ledger. However, the utility of ledgers in estimating an amount of funds available for a user's use is limited. Embodiments of a financial analyzer as described herein may provide entities with estimations of finances that include contributions from one or multiple income sources, including irregular sources. Some embodiments may provide recommendations to customers to meet needs based on a financial estimation.
