  • Patent number: 11132495
Abstract: State of the art viewport design approach faces challenge in addressing customization of view port design. A method and device for dynamic view port generation providing enhanced viewport usability of text messages to be displayed on screen by considering type of user and customized typeface is provided. Determining of a customized typeface is based on user's reading capability tested during initial type face set up by the device. The customization of typeface includes applying kerning spacing and glyphs adjustment to squeeze area of the displayed text, still maintaining less ambiguity during reading. For received messages to be displayed, maximum size of window for a viewport is obtained on-the-fly with a constraint of maximum or optimal number of viewports displayed at a time on device screen. NLP is applied to each message to condense text in the message such that maximum information is conveyed while displaying minimum words.

  • Patent number: 11132653
Abstract: Techniques are described for using a supplemental data layer of a real time payments channel to send data. For example, an entity may request a transaction with another entity, and the transaction may be performed using a channel that includes a supplemental data layer. Supplemental data, in addition to the data for the transaction itself, may be communicated using the supplemental data layer to entities involved in the transaction, and/or to third parties. The supplemental data may be sent in real time with respect to the sending of the data for the transaction. In some instances, supplemental data layer is present in one or both directions in the two-way communications between the entities involved in the transaction. The supplemental data layer can be leveraged to provide additional information and/or services to a user involved in the transaction.

  • Patent number: 11133010
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing information during a service session, using an intelligent agent. The intelligent agent executes as a process to monitor communications exchanged during a service session between an individual and a service representative (SR) within a service environment. The agent analyzes the communications to identify questions or other topics that are posed by the individual during the service session. The agent retrieves stored data related to such questions or other topics, and generates a message to address each question or other topic. The message is injected into the service session to be presented to the individual, to supplement the conversation that is taking place between the SR and the individual. In some implementations, the agent monitors the communications, generates the message, and/or injects the message into the service session at least partly autonomously of any explicit action taken by the SR.

  • Patent number: 11131165
Abstract: This disclosure provides a completion tool that uses a rolling seal to actuate a flow valve or replace a piston in a down hole tool. The rolling seal is located in a fluid chamber of the completion tool and divides the fluid chamber into first and second smaller fluid chambers and fluidly seals the first smaller fluid chamber from the second smaller fluid chamber. The rolling seal responds to a fluid pressure within the fluid chamber that causes the closed end of the rolling seal to invert thereby transferring fluid pressure between the first and second fluid chambers, which actuates a flow valve actuation assembly.

  • Patent number: 11134112
Abstract: Methods and systems for secure multi-party generation of random bits are disclosed. These random bits can be generated securely, even if some parties (i.e., less than a corruption threshold) are dishonest or malicious. Methods and systems can use secure environments in order to securely generate and store cryptographic keys. Using broadcast protocols such as Dolev-Strong, a generator computer can distribute a public protocol instance key to other participant computers. Each participant computer can generate a random bit and encrypted the random bit with the public protocol instance key, and broadcast its encrypted random bit to the other participant computers. Once each participant computer has received the encrypted random bits from all other participant computers, the private protocol instance key can be released to the participant computers, enabling the participant computers to decrypt the encrypted random bits, and calculate an output random bit based on the encrypted random bits.

  • Patent number: 11131155
Abstract: Pumping of wellbore fluid to a surface may have a detrimental effect on the pump performance due to high gas concentrations in the fluid. A pump system that utilizes a helix gas separator provides greater pump efficiency by effectively removing the gas phase of the fluid. The wellbore fluid received at a pump system is directed from an intake to a gas separator that utilizes a stationary auger. The stationary auger induces rotational motion of the wellbore fluid causing the wellbore fluid to separate into a gas phase and a liquid phase. The gas phase is directed to the annulus while the liquid phase is directed to the pump for pumping to the surface. As the stationary auger remains stationary during production or separation of the wellbore fluid into a plurality of phase, fewer moving components are required which decreases overall production time while decreasing maintenance or operational costs.
