Abstract: Disclosed are a strain of Lactobacillus helveticus capable of removing multiple heavy metals and an application thereof in milk powder, where the strain is Lactobacillus helveticus KD-3, which is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on Apr. 6, 2023, with a deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2023479. The Lactobacillus helveticus KD-3 has a cadmium resistant gene czcD, a chromium resistant gene chrA and a lead resistant gene pbrT, and is capable of tolerating single and compound heavy metals (cadmium, chromium and lead). The Lactobacillus helveticus KD-3 of the present disclosure is used to prepare lyophilized bacterial powder.

Abstract: A method for preparing dihydromyricetin nanocrystals includes: uniformly dispersing dihydromyricetin in a good solvent to obtain a dihydromyricetin solution; uniformly dispersing a precipitator and a stabilizer in water to obtain a mixed solution, and then adding the dihydromyricetin solution into the mixed solution and mixing uniformly under a stirring condition to obtain a dihydromyricetin nanocrystal solution; and drying the dihydromyricetin nanocrystal solution to obtain the dihydromyricetin nanocrystals. The method for preparing the dihydromyricetin nanocrystals by an anti-solvent method is simple and easy to implement, low in cost, good in nanocrystal stability, small in organic solvent consumption, and safe and environment-friendly in preparation process.

Abstract: A cationic cyanuric chloride derivative tanning agent and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The method includes: mixing 9.22-36.88 parts of cyanuric chloride, 21.35-100.31 parts of a solvent, and 7.12-33.44 parts of deionized water, all by mass, in an ice-water bath to obtain a mixture A; at a temperature of 0-5° C., adding 2.98-20.44 parts of a tertiary ammonia compound to the mixture A, and subjecting the resulting mixture to a reaction for 4-6 hours, during which its pH value is adjusted with an acid-binding agent solution to 6.0-7.0, to obtain a mixture B; filtering the mixture B, washing the filter cake, and vacuum drying for 4-6 h to obtain a solid C, and grinding to obtain the cationic cyanuric chloride derivative tanning agent.

Abstract: A method of preparing a hydroxytyrosol sturgeon skin gelatin film with antioxidant activity and Salmonella detection ability includes: (1) mixing a neutral red indicator solution and distilled water at room temperature to obtain a mixture solution, and adding 1 mol/L NaHCO3 solution to the mixture solution until discoloration to obtain an alkaline solution; (2) adding an amount of the alkaline solution obtained in step (1) to a mixture of Sturgeon skin gelatin and distilled water to obtain an alkaline gelatin solution; (3) adding hydroxytyrosol and glycerin and propylene glycol to the alkaline gelatin solution to obtain a hydroxytyrosol gelatin solution, and heating the hydroxytyrosol gelatin solution at 40-70° C.; (4) ultrasonicating the hydroxytyrosol gelatin solution from step (3), placing the hydroxytyrol gelatin solution evenly on a clean plexiglass plate, drying the hydroxytyrol gelatin solution on an ultra-clean worktable to obtain the hydroxytyrosol sturgeon skin gelatin film.
