Abstract: An insulated cosmetic case which can be attached to the visor of an automobile. The inside of the case contains a mirror and compartments that readily provide access to cosmetics that can be conveniently applied while the user is sitting in the passenger compartment of a car. The case has a first portion that is coupled to a second portion by a hinge, which allows the portions to be moved between a folded position and an unfolded position. Each portion contains a pocket constructed to hold a number of cosmetic items. The case has a hanging strap and dual zippers that can secure the first and second portions of the case in the folded position. The hanging strap has an aperture which can be attached to a hook or other similar structure. The cosmetic case also has a pair of outer straps adapted to attach the case to the visor of an automobile.
Abstract: A reusable lunch bag with a pair of handles that are adapted to secure the bag in a closed position. The bag has a front wall that is separated from a back wall by a pair of side walls. The front, back and side walls are attached to a bottom wall. The walls define a cavity within the bag. The side walls and bottom wall are adapted to be collapsed so that the bag can be pressed into a flat position. The bag is typically constructed from a foam that is encapsulated by vinyl material, which together create a thermal barrier. The lunch bag also has a first handle that extends from the front wall and a second handle that extends from the back wall. The second handle has a flap which wraps around the outer surface of the first handle, so that the flap is adjacent to the outer surface of the second handle. The inner surface of the flap and the outer surface of the second handle have hook and loop material which secure the handle and bag in a closed position.
Abstract: An improved portable cooler that is a collapsible, portable, multiple use insulated bag with a companion detachable multiple use bag for use in transporting and storing items especially those items commonly used while driving an automobile. The bag may be used to carry cassettes which are then insulated from outside heat as well as beverage containers such as in aluminum cans that are thus maintained at a cooler temperature. The bag is especially convenient for placing on the center console of automobiles that have such space on the floor.
Abstract: An improved easily stored combination pillow and infant blanket that can be used as a pillow when folded and secured by a zipper or when not folded and secured can be used as an infant size blanket. The blanket folds into itself to minimize any sharp edges on the blanket. Straps are provided to attach the pillow to another surface to keep the pillow in place. When unfolded as a blanket the zipper is only on one side such that the zipper edge does not detract from the use as a soft blanket. When folded in the pillow configuration a strap can be attached for carrying and for ease of use as a carrying bag when objects are placed within the folds of the pillow-blanket for transport.
Abstract: A retractable awning for attachment to a structure, such as the side of a recreational vehicle, is provided. The awning includes a shade adapted to be moved from a furled position in which the awning is secured adjacent to the vehicle to an unfurled position in which the shade provides protection from sun and rain. The awning has an upper rafter bar and a lower upright support and a locking structure for locking the rafter bar in an extended position. This locking structure can be remotely released through the use of a release arm. The awning also includes a locking structure for locking the rafter bar to the upright support. This locking structure includes a locking pin located on the rafter bar and a locking keeper slidably mounted on the upright. The upright comprises a first channel member slidably mounted within a second channel member through the use of a slider structure. The slider structure comprises a low friction surface, such as an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material.

Abstract: A portable tent-like shelter comprises an open frame made of tubular elements which slip fit together to form a roof portion. The frame has four elongated legs extending downwardly from the corners to cause the frame to be free-standing. A fabric cover is placed over the roof portion of the frame and the cover has boxed ends and sides which extend downwardly from the roof portion of the open frame. Elongated, narrow, fabric leg panels are attached to the fabric cover at each of its corners and extend downwardly along the legs of the frame. The leg panels are releasably attached to the legs at the lower ends to place tension through the leg panels to the cover to hold it in place on the frame.
