  • Publication number: 20250044295
Abstract: Disclosed herein are biomarkers that correlate with responses to an anti-ILT4 and anti-PD-1 combination therapy. A biomarker that can differentiate responders from non-responders to this combination therapy can potentially be used to select human subjects who have a higher probability to benefit from such a combination therapy. In one embodiment, a combined positive score (CPS) for PD-L 1 expression in a tumor sample from a human subject is used as a biomarker to differentiate a responder from a non-responder to an anti-ILT4 and anti-PD-1 combination therapy. In another embodiment, a T-cell-inflamed gene expression profile (TcellinfGEP) score is used as a biomarker to differentiate a responder from a non-responder to an anti-ILT4 and anti-PD-1 combination therapy.

  • Patent number: 12219129
Abstract: A method of decoding video data by an electronic device is provided. The electronic device determines at least one block vector predictor for a block unit determined from a current frame according to the video data. The electronic device determines, from the current frame, a block template region adjacent to the block unit and a plurality of candidate template regions each indicated by a specific one of the at least one block vector predictor and a corresponding one of block vector differences in a vector difference list. The electronic device determines a first cost value between the block template region and each of the candidate template regions and determines, based on the first cost values, an adjusted difference list including at least one of the block vector differences. The electronic device selects, based on the adjusted difference list, a reference block from the current frame for reconstructing the block unit.

  • Patent number: 12218716
Abstract: In a case of configuring multiple configured grants, signal detection in a base station apparatus is efficiently performed. For configured grant scheduling, by configuring a plurality of time offset values, multiple transmission opportunities are generated. To each of the transmission opportunities, a slot retransmission is applied. In a case that multiple transmission patterns are generated due to the plurality of time offsets, transmission is performed by using a transmission pattern, among the multiple transmission patterns, that causes the number of remaining retransmissions to increase.

  • Publication number: 20250034211
Abstract: The crosslinked peptidomimetic macrocycles disclosed herein comprise an alkene or alkyne staple and a poly-amino acid C-terminal tail. These crosslinked peptidomimetic macrocycles have improved binding to MDM2 and MDMX (aka MDM4), are protease resistant, cell permeable without inducing membrane disruption, and intracellularly activate p53 by binding MDM2 and MDMX thereby antagonizing MDM2 and MDMX binding to p53. These peptidomimetic macrocycles may be useful in anticancer therapies, particularly in combination with chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
