Abstract: Complexity of coding/decoding of a video is reduced. An image decoding apparatus (31) includes a CN information decoder (10) configured to hierarchically split a coding node by at least any of binary tree split and ternary tree split. The CN information decoder refers to a method of splitting an immediately higher node, which is a node one generation higher than a target node, to restrict a method of splitting the target node.
Abstract: A method for a user equipment (UE) performing a handover procedure is disclosed. The method includes receiving a handover command from a network, in a case that a first information related to an offset time is included in the handover command, performing the handover procedure based on the handover command after the offset time, and in a case that a second information related to a configured area is included in the handover command, performing the handover procedure based on the handover command when the UE locating within the configured area.
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable medium of a device storing computer-executable instructions is provided. When the instructions are executed by one or more processors of the device, the instructions cause the device to: decode a merge subblock flag that specifies whether subblock-based inter prediction parameters for a coding unit are inferred from neighboring blocks and that determines whether a motion vector difference merge flag and a combination flag are to be decoded; determine a value of the merge subblock flag; decode the motion vector difference merge flag after the value of the merge subblock flag is determined as being equal to zero and a value of a motion vector difference flag is determined as being equal to one; and decode the combination flag that specifies whether a combined inter-picture merge and intra-picture prediction is applied to the coding unit by using the merge subblock flag and a sequence parameter set (SPS) flag.

Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes: a document conveyor that conveys a document; an image reader that reads an image of the conveyed document; at least one main memory; a data transfer circuit; and one or more controllers, whereas the controllers determine whether to read an image of each page in a first reading mode or a second reading mode, the first reading mode being a mode in which conveyance of the next document is started before reading of an image of a previous page is completed, the second reading mode being a mode in which conveyance of the next document starts after reading of the document of a previous page is completed, and when there is a possibility that preparation regarding image data transfer of the next page is not completed during reading in the first reading mode, the first reading mode is switched to the second reading mode.
Abstract: The present application discloses a current-driven display device employing an internal compensation method capable of achieving high-resolution of the display image while suppressing a reduction in the yield of manufacturing, the deterioration in display quality, an increase in the circuit amount. In a pixel circuit of an organic EL display device, a voltage of the gate terminal of a drive transistor is initialized before the voltage of a data signal line is written into a holding capacitor via the drive transistor in a diode-connected state. At this time, a current flows from the holding capacitor connected to the gate terminal of the drive transistor to an initialization voltage line via a threshold compensation transistor, a second light emission control transistor, and a display element initialization transistor, and the voltage of the gate terminal is initialized.
Abstract: A display device includes one or more processors, one or more memories that store setting information of an executed job as setting history information under control of the one or more processors, and a display. The one or more processors display in the display a first display region for displaying a list of setting history information stored in the one or more memories, a second display region for displaying the setting information based on the setting history information selected by a user from the list display, and a reception button for receiving an instruction to display a setting screen of a job in which the setting information based on the setting history information selected by the user is employed.
Abstract: An image forming device includes one or more image carriers on which a toner image is formed; a transfer belt that transfers a toner image formed on the image carrier; a presser that presses the transfer belt against the image carrier to transfer the toner image onto the transfer belt; and a switching mechanism that switches a position of the presser according to a rotation angle of a cam. The switching mechanism switches a position of the presser to one of a first position that presses the transfer belt against the image carrier, a second position that is separated from the image carrier, and a third position that is a position separated from the image carrier and having a smaller separation distance from the image carrier than the second position.
Abstract: An image-forming apparatus includes a controller, a storage, and a communicator. The controller establishes a connection with a terminal device through the communicator by QUIC, stores, in the storage, identification information for identifying the connection and key information to be used for encryption of transmission/reception information transmitted and received to and from the terminal device, performs communication of the transmission/reception information with the terminal device through HTTP/3, and establishes, when the connection with the terminal device is disconnected, a connection with the terminal device using the identification information and the key information so that the communication of the transmission/reception information with the terminal device is resumed.
