Abstract: A circuit analysis portion obtains an output characteristic of each of first noise source candidates. A noise evaluate portion obtains intensity of a noise crosstalking from each of the first noise source candidates to a low noise-tolerance terminal based on a second transfer function and the output characteristic of each of the first noise source candidates. Further, the first noise source candidates having the intensity of at least a prescribed value are set as second noise source candidates that are highly possibly the noise source. The analysis portion sets a noise source equivalent circuit to each of the second noise source candidates, and performs a second electromagnetic field analysis of the circuit substrate. The analysis portion sequentially repeats the second electromagnetic field analysis to every second noise source candidate. Thus, the route of the crosstalking noise can efficiently be analyzed.

Abstract: A cooker has an external circulation path outside a heating chamber in which foods are to be placed. A blower sucks in gas inside the heating chamber, and forms, in the external circulation path, a gas flow that makes the sucked gas return to the heating chamber. Downstream of the blower, the external circulation path is provided with an exhaust port, in which a damper is provided. The damper closes the exhaust port during cooking, and opens the exhaust port when a door of the heating chamber is opened. After the damper is changed to a position of opening the exhaust port, the blower continues to operate until a predetermined condition is satisfied.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a toner in which toner particles are obtained by mixing resin particles and at least a colorant with each other to be coagulated, and heating an obtained coagulated product, binder resin is granulated into fine particles by a granulating method including a coarse particle preparing step, a slurry preparing step, a pulverizing step, a cooling step, and a depressurizing step. Slurry containing coarse particles of binder resin obtained by way of the coarse particle preparing step and the slurry preparing step is made to pass under heat and pressure through a pressure-resistant nozzle whereby the coarse particles of binder resin are pulverized into resin particles. By providing the cooling step and the depressurizing step immediately after the pulverizing step, the resin particles are prevented from coarsening.

Abstract: Systems and methods for rendering a document in a native format at an imaging device using a host service for rendering into printer ready data. Documents/images are despooled to an imaging device in their native format for printing, wherein the imaging device includes the capability of discovering application/print server processes that render the document in its native format into a format compatible with the imaging device. The imaging device broadcasts job rendering requirements to one or more application/imaging servers, which in turn provide a response to the broadcast. One or more of the application/imaging servers are selectively chosen for use in rendering the document/print job, providing the device specific rendered job to the imaging device for rendering. In addition, when multiple compatible services are available, an optimal host service is determined and used for rendering into printer ready data.
Abstract: A method of translating an input sentence in a source language to an output sentence in a target language uses a store comprising a plurality of example sentences. A base example sentence is chosen from the store based on a comparison of the input sentence with a plurality of example sentences, and its paired translation is used as a translation basis. A portion of the input sentence differing from a corresponding portion of the base example sentence is identified. A portion of the translation basis aligned with the base example unmatched is located. The input unmatched portion is used to select a set of subsidiary example sentences from the store. A choice of possible translations corresponding to the input unmatched portion is determined from the set of subsidiary example sentences. A translation is selected from the choice based on a predetermined selection algorithm.

Abstract: In an embodiment of the present invention, a Trench MOSFET includes a trench region provided on a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate includes a P-type semiconductor substrate, a P-type semiconductor epitaxial layer, an N-type semiconductor body region, and a P-type semiconductor source diffusion. The substrate, the epitaxial layer, the body region, and the source diffusion are adjacently formed in this order. A P-type semiconductor channel region formed of a SiGe layer is provided on a bottom surface and a side wall of the trench region. This facilitates carrier movement in the channel region, reducing ON resistance of the Trench MOSFET. Thus, a Trench MOSFET allowing reduction in the ON resistance without reducing a breakdown voltage is realized.
