Abstract: The present invention relates to antibodies that differentially recognize multi-dimensional conformations of A?-derived diffusible ligands, also known as ADDLs. The antibodies of the invention can distinguish between Alzheimer's Disease and control human brain extracts and are useful in methods of detecting ADDLs and diagnosing Alzheimer's Disease. The present antibodies also block binding of ADDLs to neurons, assembly of ADDLS, and tau phosphorylation and are there useful in methods for the preventing and treating diseases associated with soluble oligomers of amyloid ? 1-42.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) for reporting information is described. The UE includes a processor and instructions stored in memory that is in electronic communication with the processor. The UE selects a reference cell having a reference uplink-downlink (UL-DL) configuration. The UE also selects a first uplink subframe from the reference cell. The UE further selects a first subframe set from a first cell having a first UL-DL configuration. The first UL-DL configuration is different than the reference UL-DL configuration. The UE additionally determines a first set of associations between the first subframe set and the first uplink subframe. The UE further aggregates information corresponding to the reference cell and information corresponding to the first cell based on the first set of associations to produce aggregated information. The UE also reports the aggregated information on an uplink reporting cell.

Abstract: Provided is an image processing device. A first color space converting unit converts image data in an RGB colorimetric system, which has a color gamut wider than a color gamut of a liquid crystal panel into image data in an XYZ colorimetric system. A three-dimensional nonlinear color gamut converting unit performs conversion on tristimulus values of the XYZ signal. At this time, the image data is classified into four colors and converted respectively such that the first color is displayed in a color accurate to the inputted data, the second color is displayed such that saturation of the second color is increased, the third color is displayed using a color gamut of a predetermined range out of the color gamut of the liquid crystal panel, and the fourth color is displayed in a color corresponding to a boundary of the color gamut of the liquid crystal panel.

Abstract: A mold release treatment method of the present invention includes: the step of providing a mold releasing agent and a mold which has a porous alumina layer over its surface, the mold releasing agent containing a fluoric compound which has mold releasability and a solvent; the step of applying over the surface of the mold a solvent that is capable of dissolving the fluoric compound; and thereafter, the step of applying the mold releasing agent over the surface of the mold according to a spray coating method. According to the present invention, a mold release treatment can be performed over a surface of the mold which has the porous alumina layer over its surface, without causing uneven application.
Abstract: A video display is provided with a planar piezoelectric transmitter to transmit ultrasound signals, and a display panel including a plurality of pixels. Each pixel has a data interface to accept a video signal with a variable voltage associated with a range of light intensity values, and to supply a touch signal with a variable voltage derived from a range of reflected ultrasound signal energies. Each pixel is made up of a light device to supply light with an intensity responsive to the video signal voltage, and a storage capacitor to maintain a video signal voltage between refresh cycles. A piezoelectric transducer accepts a reflected ultrasound signal energy and maintains a touch signal voltage between refresh cycles. In one aspect, the storage capacitor and the piezoelectric transducer are the same device. The light device may be a liquid crystal (LC) layer or a light emitting diode.
