The first orientation prompt information includes a first marker, a second marker, and a first connecting line between the first marker and the second marker. The first marker is located at a first location of the three-dimensional virtual sphere associated with the first space location, the second marker is located at a second location of the three-dimensional virtual sphere associated with the second space location, and the first connecting line indicates a first orientation of the second space location relative to the first space location.

Abstract: A coating slurry, a coated separator, a preparation method of the coated separator, and a battery including the coated separator are provided. The coating slurry includes: a solvent, an adhesive polymer resin, and a photoinitiator, where a weight proportion of the photoinitiator in the coating slurry is 0.08 wt % to 1.0 wt %; and the adhesive polymer resin includes one or a combination of two or more of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based adhesive polymer resin, a polyimide (PI), a polyetherimide (PEI), and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). When the weight proportion of the photoinitiator in the coating slurry is controlled at 0.08 wt % to 1.0 wt %, the photoinitiator can well penetrate into separator substrate layers after the coating slurry is coated on a membrane to ensure that enough reactive free radicals are produced by the photoinitiator in the membrane, a ceramic layer, and a combined interface layer.

Through the method, the automatic leveling process for a photocuring printer is implemented without involving a manual operation so as to implement the automatic leveling for a photocuring printer while ensuring the printing quality, and the molding platform is controlled to move towards the resin vat by a first preset distance, which prevents errors of the system leveling result caused by the assembly error of mechanical structure so as to ensure the molding platform to fit evenly with the resin vat to meet the requirement of firm bonding of a cured printing material to the molding platform, which is conducive to improving the printing success rate of a model.

The stand platform includes a base and a plate provided above the base; and the bracket assembly includes an auxiliary bracket rotatably connected to the stand platform around a vertical axis, and the auxiliary bracket is provided with an equipment-installation structure for installing a supplementary light and/or a shooting equipment. The technical solution of the present disclosure enables the live-streaming platform to shoot the items and the models on the plate stably in multiple directions, which enriches the live-streaming effect.

The method comprises: constructing a first expression vector for expressing an energy donor fluorescent molecule fused to a target protein and a second expression vector for expressing an energy acceptor fluorescent molecule fused to the target protein; transferring both expression vectors into primary cultured cells; stimulating the primary cultured cells while collecting fluorescence microscopic imaging data by using an appropriate fluorescence microscope; calculating a change in Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) efficiency as a proxy for monitoring the process of LLPS and phase transition of the target protein.
