  • Patent number: 6924447
Abstract: A waterproof structure is used with a printed circuit board, which is primarily composed of an upper layer membrane, a lower layer membrane, and an insulation layer, which are conjoined to one another. Besides, at least one first channel and second channel are provided on the upper layer membrane and the lower layer membrane respectively and correspondingly. Also, a pressure-adjusting hole, whose periphery is larger than that of the first channel and the second channel, is provided on the insulation layer corresponding to the positions of the first channel and the second channel. After the first channel, the second channel, and the pressure-adjusting hole of the insulation layer have been conjoined, a waterproof unit will be formed at a place where the contact points of the three are not connected to one another. The waterproof unit contains circulated air and prevents moisture from permeating into the circuit board thereby avoiding a short circuit of the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 6831242
Abstract: A push switch device of the invention comprises a body including a set of terminals and closed via a cover. An inner side of the cover is provided with a second resilient unit on which is formed a stopper portion. A push unit is further formed through the body, the push unit being provided with a stop controller pad made of an abrasion-resistant material that is vis-à-vis the stopper portion. A first resilient unit is further placed below the push unit. With the above disposition, when a pressure is exerted on the push unit, the stop controller pad pushes on the stopper portion that moves outwardly. Thereby damage due to wear of the push unit is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6771253
Abstract: A switch comprises a seat, a key body, a first elastomer, a second elastomer, and a cover. A neck portion of the key body has an assembling portion, and the assembling portion is installed with the light generator. As the key body is pushed, the second elastomer will contact the cover; the positive (negative) power connected to a conductive piece will be transferred to the positive (negative) end of the light generator. At the same time, the first elastomer contacts internal wires of a first receiving portion so as to provide negative (positive) power to the negative (positive) ends of the light generator. Then, electric signals are outputted and the light generator lights up.

  • Patent number: 6768069
Abstract: A micro switch is disclosed in the invention, which can be assembled and manufactured easily. Through a conjoining portion formed between a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion of resilient element that are used for switching on/off the electrical contact, and through a positioning portion that is for conjoining to the resilient element and is provided in the concave slot of the pushbutton corresponding to the conjoining portion, the first conductive portion of resilient element can then often keep in a contact manner with the first contact portion of first conductive terminal extending to the acceptance room. In addition, a pressing portion corresponding to the pushbutton will apply downward force on the second conductive portion so that the second conductive portion will move downwards to touch the second contact portion of second conductive terminal extending to the acceptance room. Thus, a micro switch that is easy to be assembled is then formed.

  • Patent number: 6762379
Abstract: A micro switch is disclosed in the invention, which provides a micro switch that can increase the activation interval of pushbutton as well as can be assembled and manufactured easily. Besides, a round hole is provided at two sides of the main body corresponding to the pivot point of pushbutton, and a place-in slot is provided extending from the round hole to the opening end of acceptance room. In addition, a gap is provided on the sidewall of the main body adjacent to the round hole, extending to the opening end of acceptance room. Moreover, a guiding slanting face is formed at the lower edge of pivot point of pushbutton; therefore, through flexible force formed by the gap and through the guiding slanting face that makes it easy for the pivot point to be conjoined to the round hole, a micro switch having a longer activation interval is then formed.

  • Patent number: 6724126
Abstract: A multi-load piezoelectric transformation circuit driver module consists of at least one pair of piezoelectric ceramic transformers and one load connecting to each piezoelectric ceramic transformer. Each pair of voltages of the same phase are input to a pair of input ends which have opposite polarization, or the two piezoelectric ceramic transformers group have input ends of opposite polarization or its group assembly output an even number of voltages with opposite phases to input ends of the loads which the feedback ends coupled together in series. When driven by piezoelectric transformation circuit, due to opposite polarization, output a pair of voltages of opposite phases can obtain improved characteristics such as even current, greater output power and better matching impedance. And a single driver circuit can actuate multiple sets of loads simultaneously in a stable fashion.
