    Abstract: A common conductor assembly is employed in a contact switch and includes a mounting plate, a pivotally movable member and a tension spring. The mounting plate has an elongated flat portion with first and second vertical edges, and first and second end plate portions extending integrally and transversely from a respective one of the first and second vertical edges in a same direction. The first end plate portion has an outward face formed with an engaging groove that is perpendicular to the vertical edges of the elongated flat portion. The second end plate portion has a spring mounting neck formed thereat. A conducting leg plate portion extends downwardly and integrally from the second vertical edge of the elongated flat portion.

    Abstract: A computer key includes two pairs of pivotally connected linking arms disposed between a base plate and a push button. The push button has a hingeably groove defining portion that defines a hinging axis transverse to said longitudinal direction, and a second slidably retaining guideway disposed in an underside thereof. The groove defining portion includes front and rear bearing support members spaced apart from each other along the hinging axis. The front and rear bearing support members have front and rear outboard walls in the hinging axis and define a distance which is larger than that between two hooking ends of a pair of the linking arms. The front and rear outboard walls have front and rear recesses respectively to form front and rear bearing surfaces respectively transverse to the front and rear outboard walls and facing upwardly toward the underside of the push button.

The switch unit has contact terminals that extend out of the switch housing, and a switch contact that faces the slide channel and that is capable of being pressed to operate the switch unit from a circuit-breaking state to a circuit-making state. Each of the arm mounting portions has one side which is opposite to the other one of the arm mounting portions and which is formed with a respective horizontal retaining groove. The contact arm is formed as an elongated plate and has a first end portion and a second end portion which is provided with a spring extension unit that extends toward the first end portion. One of the mounting unit and the contact arm is formed with a longitudinal opening to permit extension of the other one of the mounting unit and the contact arm when the contact arm is moved upwardly relative to the conductor body.

    Abstract: A switch assembly of a coin collector includes a switch housing provided with first and second electrical contacts therein, a movable lever mounted in the housing and movable between an open position in which the lever contacts the first contact, and a closed position in which the lever contacts the second contact, and a ring secured within an opening in the housing. A sleeve extends through and is press-fitted within the ring in such a manner that the sleeve cannot rotate in the ring. The sleeve has an end wall with a central hole which is formed therethrough and which has a circular section and a radial extension extending radially and outwardly from the periphery of the circular section. A rotating unit includes a rotating shaft journalled in the sleeve, a radially extending push plate formed integrally with the inner end portion of the shaft, and a radially extending push needle fixed on the outer end portion of the shaft.

Each of the first and second linking frames includes a transverse axle, a pair of longitudinal linking arms extending from two ends of the axle, a pair of transverse projections disposed respectively at intermediate portions of the linking arms, and a pair of recesses respectively adjacent to the projections. Each of the recesses is formed with an upwardly facing bearing surface. The projections and the recesses are positioned and dimensioned such that in order to join the frames pivotally, one of the linking frames can be press fitted on the other so as to shorten the assembly time during mass production of the computer key.

The movable conductor may include three contacting ball members movable in two communicating chambers.
