    Abstract: The present invention discloses a microseismic monitoring system, which includes at least a microseismic sensor, a push rod set at both ends of the microseismic sensor through the first connecting mechanism for sending the microseismic sensor into a monitoring hole, a guide mechanism installed on the push rod for guiding the microseismic sensor into the monitoring hole, and a microseismic monitoring computer connecting with the microseismic sensor signal. The microseismic sensor is reusable. The first connecting mechanism can make the push rod swing relative to the microseismic sensor. The guide mechanism is a three-roller guide mechanism. The present invention can satisfy the need of monitoring different locations in monitoring holes with large depths for multiple microseismic sensors, and solve problems of effective contact coupling between the microseismic sensors and monitoring holes, which improves the accuracy of microseismic monitoring and reduces the cost of a microseismic monitoring system.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a method for preparing TDNs-AS1411-nucleic acid drug nanocomposite based drug delivery system, which includes the following steps: binding AS1411 and nucleic acid drug to a tetrahedral DNA nanostructure respectively; selecting four DNA single strands that respectively carry AS1411 and nucleic acid drug; mixing the four DNA single strands; mixing the DNA single strands and the TM buffer uniformly; putting the mixture into a PCR apparatus; raising the temperature to 95° C. quickly and maintaining for 10 min; and next cooling down to 4° C. and maintaining for 20 min to obtain the TDNs-AS1411-nucleic acid drug nanocomposite based drug delivery system. This drug delivery system can directly act on cell nucleus and will not be degraded by lysosomal. The targeting specificity is good. The drug can take a good efficacy and the pertinency is high.

Said compounds show ultralong acting anaesthetic effect, and belong to N-diethylaminoacetyl-2,6-dimethylaniline compounds, having a structure according to formula (I). Said compounds may self-assemble into micelle or gel in an aqueous solvent, and exert an in vivo elongated local anesthetic actions. Local anesthesia and/or analgesic activity can last more than 72 hours. The biomaterials can self-assemble into micelles or gels in water and have local anesthetic effect, as well as can further be used as the coating of medicinal bioactive molecules for treatment of pain, itching and the like and/or the drug carriers, together with as pharmaceutical adjuvants for delivery system. Thus, said materials have a favorable perspective.

Compared with etomidate, this compound can reduce the inhibition on the synthesis of adrenal cortical hormone, with an advantage of rapid and full recovery of the post-operative patient. The only chiral carbon in the compound structure belongs to the R form.
