Abstract: A parameterization device generates parameterization signals fixing operating parameters for electrical devices of an electrical arrangement. The parameterization device, or configuration device, is particularly user friendly and permits a subsequent alteration of operating parameters for electrical devices which takes little time and is hence particularly economical. The parameterization device is provided with device-specific parameters, individually provided for each device of the arrangement and device-group specific parameters, identically provided for a given group of devices which are differently processed. After changing a stored device-group specific parameter for one of the devices of the relevant group, the changed parameter is copied to the stored parameter sets for the remaining devices of the group on a manual operation input or automatically.

  • Patent number: 7433448
Abstract: In a method for correcting pixels of an x-ray image data set, an x-ray exposure of a subject is acquired with an x-ray device that uses a storage film having a luminescent storage material layer serving as a radiation detector. The sensitivity of the luminescent storage material layer changes dependent on the accumulated x-ray radiation dose to which the storage layer has been exposed. After acquiring the x-ray exposure, the storage film is readout with a readout device and an x-ray image data set is generated that corresponds on a pixel-by-pixel basis with the x-ray exposure. Each pixel of the x-ray image data set is corrected with a correction value allocated to the corresponding pixel in the x-ray exposure, the correction value being adapted to the accumulated x-ray radiation dose to which the region of the storage film, containing the corresponding pixel, was exposed prior to acquiring the x-ray exposure.

  • Patent number: 7432789
Abstract: An electromagnetic switching device includes an electromagnetic drive device and at least one electrical contact that, when a starting current is applied to the drive device, can be transferred by the drive device from a disconnect position (contact opened) into a bridging position (contact closed). When the switching device is fully installed, the contact can be blocked in the disconnect position and can be mechanically blocked in the disconnect position by an arresting element that can be connected to the switching device. As a result, the contact remains in the disconnect position even when the starting current is applied to the drive device.

  • Patent number: 7432708
Abstract: In a temperature control method for magnetic field components of a permanent magnet arrangement of a magnetic resonance system, temperature stability of the magnetic field components is achieved by maintaining the temperature of the two sides of the magnetic field components constant, with a difference being maintained between the temperatures of the two sides of the magnetic field components so that a temperature gradient is formed within the magnetic field components. Once the temperature gradient is formed, dynamic temperature stability is established within the magnetic field component. When this dynamic temperature stability is broken by thermal disturbance, the temperature gradient allows the thermal disturbance to be quickly transmitted to the lower magnetic yoke and is further transmitted to the outside through the base of the magnetic resonance system so that the thermal disturbance is smoothed and dynamic temperature stability is reestablished.

  • Publication number: 20080236284
Abstract: The invention relates to a vibration measurement system for frequency-selective oscillation measurement in particular of low frequencies as are relevant in the field of automation and drive technology. The invention proposes coupling a broadband transmitter structure, which is excited directly by the excitation signal to be determined, via an electrostatic or inductive force to a receiver structure. This force coupling results in amplitude modulation of a carrier signal exciting the receiver structure. The actual excitation signal can be extracted from the spectrum of the amplitude-modulated carrier signal, for example by suitably selecting the frequency of the carrier signal. In order to make an oscillation analysis possible which is as unsusceptible to interference possible, an interference signal brought about, for example, by connector excitations is largely eliminated in advance from the amplitude-modulated carrier signal.
