    Abstract: A method for improving the EMI compatibility of the keyboard soft board is disclosed. A low-pass filter is installed on the scan lines of the keyboard soft board to remove high-frequency noise signals produced by the soft board circuit, achieving the EMC requirement. The low-pass filter is formed between the input terminal of the scan line and the touch pad. An inductance is selectively installed and between the touch pads. A capacitance is formed between the touch pad of the scan line and a ground network. The method of forming the capacitance is to form ground pads on the ground network corresponding the scan line touch pads. The method of forming the inductance may be achieved through a reversed U-shaped inductor.

    Abstract: An automatic document feeder is combined with an optical machine module, and feeds a document to be scanned into the scanning area so that the optical machine module can capture the image on the document. The automatic document feeder according to the invention is designed so that single-sided and double-sided scanning of a manuscript can be attained. It mainly comprises a delivery route that can feed a manuscript through the scanning area, a return route and guiding-out route respectively connected with the delivery route. The manuscript can come out of the exit to complete single-sided scanning after passing through the scanning area. Or, the manuscript can be turned over to its other side and guided back to the delivery route to pass through the scanning area again to process the second scanning. Finally, the manuscript is guided out of the exit and the double-sided image capture is completed.

The invention uses pins on an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) in a scanner to output pulses of different frequencies. The illuminator has different efficiencies at different frequencies, so the heat generated by the illuminator at the frequencies of inferior efficiency is used to achieve fast warm-up, and the voltage output frequency of the highest light efficiency is provided to the illuminator after warm-up. The illumination device can be designed according to the activation method. It comprises an illuminator, a pulse output unit, a driving unit and a power supply unit. The power supply unit outputs the frequency needed for the warm-up period and the frequency needed for the working period. The driving unit activates the pulse output of the pulse output unit.
