Abstract: A mower hitch support (103) pivoted to the front of a tractor (11) has a connection (126, 128, 132) with an axle link (46) interconnecting front wheels (17, 18) mounted individually on the tractor frame (12) to cause an underslung mower to tilt laterally in response to the front wheels encountering undulations in the ground thereby substantially avoiding scalping of the lawn.
Abstract: The proper drive establishing force is indicated by the relative position of the end (91) of a control link (36) and the end (92) of a spring coil (49) of a coil spring (47) by which resilient clutch engaging force is transmitted to a transmission clutching mechanism (65,66) by a hand lever (26).
Abstract: Pattern envelopes or like flat articles retained in stack configuration by elements engaging marginal portions of the lead article are withdrawn substantially in such flat condition by displacing the lead article in its entirety in a manner spacing at least one lead article marginal portion from its associated retaining element and then displacing the same outwardly of the stack spacedly from the retaining element. Further outward displacement of the withdrawn marginal portion effects sequential withdrawal of the other marginal portion from the stack.
