Abstract: A method for preparing a transdermal absorption composition includes mixing rotigotine and an antioxidant at a weight ratio of 1:0.0001 to 0.1. A transdermal therapeutic system includes a substrate and a drug-containing adhesive layer disposed on the substrate and including an antioxidant at a weight ratio of 1:0.0001 to 0.1. The method and system of the present invention suppress the crystallization of rotigotine as well as the generation of related substances, thereby increasing the long-term storage stability of a therapeutic product containing rotigotine or related substances.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bio-based polycarbonate ester, the method comprising the steps of: (1) preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 3 by converting a compound represented by chemical formula 2 into an intermediate reactant having an easily detachable functional group, followed by a nucleophilic reaction with phenol; and (2) preparing a compound including a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1 by a polycarbonate melt condensation polymerization of the compound represented by chemical formula 3, prepared in step (1), a compound represented by chemical formula 4, and 1,4:3,6-dianhydrohexitol. The bio-based polycarbonate ester according to the present invention can regulate merits and demerits of physical properties obtained from each repeat unit, and can be favorably used for various uses due to high degrees of transparency and heat resistance thereof.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition and health functional food for inhibiting apoptosis of cranial nerve cells, and to a method for inhibiting apoptosis, wherein the composition and health functional food comprising a phosphodiesterase type 5 active inhibitor. According to the present invention, the PDE5 inhibitor exhibits a protective effect on nerve cells by inhibiting apoptosis of cranial nerve cells. Thus, the present invention can be effectively used to prevent, alleviate, and treat cranial nerve disease.

The polymer composition further comprises 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a phosphite-based antioxidant, based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition.
