    Abstract: Provided is a board-to-board connector including a housing having a protrusion, one or more signal terminals held on the housing such that a contact portion is exposed to the side of the protrusion, a high-frequency signal terminal arranged outside an end portion of the protrusion, and a shell surrounding an outer peripheral portion of the housing and made of a conductive metal material. In the board-to-board connector, the shell integrally includes a GND terminal portion having a plate-shaped board-side shielding portion arranged on a bottom portion outside the end portion of the protrusion and a plate-shaped GND terminal body standing on the protrusion-side end of the board-side shielding portion and arranged closer to the protrusion with respect to the high-frequency signal terminal, and a high-frequency signal terminal housing hole in which the high-frequency signal terminal is arranged is formed in the board-side shielding portion.

    Abstract: There is provided a coaxial connector that can suitably bias a movable insulator to the side of a socket and maintain matched impedance. The coaxial connector includes a movable insulator that is fitted in a central conductor so as to be slidable and is housed in an insulator housing so as to be movable in an axial direction; and a biasing rubber member that is interposed between a partition disposed in the recesses of the insulator housing and the movable insulator. When the biasing rubber member connects the socket to the plug, the movable insulator is pushed in by a pushing force from a socket, and elastic pillars are bent in an arc shape.

The plug body is coupled to the slider, and the plug body is held in the plug insertion part movably in the axial direction and the axial radial direction.

    Abstract: There are provided a connector having excellent transmission characteristics, and a method for manufacturing such a connector, by which a connector can be manufactured more easily than in the conventional techniques, and thus its manufacturing cost can be reduced. A conductor base member including central terminal portions to form signal terminals, a grounded conductor portion to form a grounded conductor, connecting portions for connecting between the central terminal portions and the grounded conductor portion so as to integrate them together is integrally formed with an electrically conductive material. Then, the conductor base member is integrally fixed to the housing, and the connecting portions are cut to configure the central terminal portions as the central terminals and configure the grounded conductor portion as the grounded conductor, thereby obtaining a plug.
