Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for providing a pre-packaged frozen confection. The system includes a vehicle comprising three wheels, an ice chest secured to the vehicle, and a toppings dispenser attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest. The toppings dispenser includes at least one receptacle configured for holding a liquid topping, a housing attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest, and a spout in fluid communication with the receptacle.
Abstract: A mixer for mixing a fluid and for dispensing the fluid into another container is disclosed. The mixer includes a first container configured to receive and hold a fluid, a stand including a base portion and an upright portion, and a bracket configured to receive and support the first container. The upright portion of the stand extends vertically up from the base portion. The bracket includes two structural members connected by at least one cross bar. The bracket is rotatably attached to the stand via an axle to allow the first container to rotate relative to the stand.
Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems for cooling the motor of a frozen confection machine during operation are described. A frozen confection machine has a blade assembly for shaving ice and a housing comprising an air inlet and an air outlet. The machine has a motor disposed in the housing and is attached to a drive shaft for bringing ice into contact with the blade assembly. The machine also includes a drip tray and a heat sink that is in mechanical contact with the drip tray. The machine uses a fan assembly to causes airflow to move into the housing across the heat sink and past the motor for cooling the motor. During use, the airflow cools the motor to prolong motor life and enhance performance. The heat sink may be integrated with the tray or may be a standalone heat sink. The heat sink may have fins or other structures to increase thermal transfer. The airflow may be passively created by convection or enhanced by a fan or otherwise.
Abstract: The disclosure extends and relates to devices, systems and methods for shaving ice with an improved blade to produce a powdery snow-like textured confection.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for preparing shaved ice confections. A device for conditioning ice includes a base housing comprising at least one upstanding sidewall defining an interior space and an upper surface with respect to the at least one upstanding sidewall. The device includes a motor disposed within the interior space of the base housing. The devices includes a sidewall disposed within the upper surface of the base housing defining an opening for receiving a drive shaft therethrough, wherein the drive shaft is mechanically connected to the motor and a blade assembly. The device includes a venting channel disposed in the at least one upstanding sidewall of the base housing for releasing heat emitted by the motor. The device includes a control mechanism for activating and deactivating the motor.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to devices, systems and methods for producing a shaved ice product using shaved ice confection machines and processes. The disclosure also extends to a tension arm and a shaping device used in conjunction with shaved ice confection machines and processes to produce more consistent shaved ice output with a potential increase in machine life.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to apparatuses, methods, and systems, for producing frozen confections and conditioning ice for use in frozen confections. A frozen confection machine includes a hopper portion for receiving ice into an interior, and a motor configured to rotate a drive shaft, a blade to condition the ice in the hopper during rotation of the motor. The frozen confection machine also includes a lid for selectively covering the interior of the hopper, a bias member for biasing the lid away from a closed position, and a switch for causing the motor to actuate in response to the lid being pressed to a closed position.

Abstract: The present disclosure extends to apparatuses, methods, and systems for freezing a liquid suitable for use by a frozen confection machine. The apparatuses, methods, and systems include a two-piece form suitable for producing a dense ice structure.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to systems, methods, and devices for mixing a fluid. The system comprises a tank conduit suspended in a tank for receiving a mixture comprising a liquid, wherein the tank holds the mixture. The system comprises a rigid casing configured to surround the tank and a pump attached to the rigid casing. The system includes a suction inlet and a discharge outlet attached to the pump, wherein the pump creates a negative pressure that draws the mixture into the pump through the suction inlet and the pump creates a positive pressure that dispels the mixture out of the pump through the discharge outlet.
