Abstract: The disclosure extends to systems, methods, and devices for mixing a fluid. The system comprises a tank conduit suspended in a tank for receiving a mixture comprising a liquid, wherein the tank holds the mixture. The system comprises a rigid casing configured to surround the tank and a pump attached to the rigid casing. The system includes a suction inlet and a discharge outlet attached to the pump, wherein the pump creates a negative pressure that draws the mixture into the pump through the suction inlet and the pump creates a positive pressure that dispels the mixture out of the pump through the discharge outlet.
Abstract: A flavor station assembly can be employed to dispense snow cone flavors or other types of flavoring syrups or liquids. The flavor station assembly can include one or more saucer assemblies where each saucer assembly is configured to dispense a number of flavors. Each saucer assembly can be coupled to a support assembly that is configured to pivot thereby enabling the saucer assemblies to be positioned in a desired location relative to the structure to which the support assembly is mounted.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to systems, methods, and devices for providing a pre-packaged frozen confection. The system includes a vehicle comprising three wheels, an ice chest secured to the vehicle, and a toppings dispenser attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest. The toppings dispenser includes at least one receptacle configured for holding a liquid topping, a housing attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest, and a spout in fluid communication with the receptacle.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to methods, systems, and devices for producing a shaved ice or snow cone products and providing toppings thereto. The system may comprise an ice shaving or snow cone machine, a mobile edifice, and a topping dispenser attached to the mobile edifice.

Abstract: The disclosure extends to apparatuses, methods, and systems, for producing frozen confections and conditioning ice for use in frozen confections. A frozen confection machine includes a hopper portion for receiving ice into an interior, and a motor configured to rotate a drive shaft, a blade to condition the ice in the hopper during rotation of the motor. The frozen confection machine also includes a lid for selectively covering the interior of the hopper, a bias member for biasing the lid away from a closed position, and a switch for causing the motor to actuate in response to the lid being pressed to a closed position.

Abstract: A portable, self-retaining apparatus, system and method for mixing fluids in a container is disclosed. The self-retaining, portable fluid mixing apparatus is capable of being connected to a container and retained thereon without the aid of a user during use. The self-retaining fluid mixing device, system and method of the disclosure may be used in various capacities to mix a wide variety of fluids having a wide variety of viscosities. Thus, the disclosure is not limited to any particular type of fluid or viscosity, but an example of the fluids that may be mixed include flavoring syrups and thickeners used for shaved ice confectioneries. The mixer or apparatus can be quickly attached to and detached from a container without the use of extraneous, cumbersome fasteners. The torque caused by operation of the motor causes the apparatus and system to lock in place during use, such that when the torque is released, the apparatus may be quickly and easily removed from the container.
Abstract: The disclosure pertains generally to shave ice confection machines and processes, and more particularly to a block ice shaving apparatus, system and method whereby an improved blade and blade assembly produce more consistent output with increase machine life.
Abstract: The disclosure extends and relates to devices, systems and methods for shaving ice with an improved blade to produce a powdery snow-like textured confection.
Abstract: The disclosure extends to devices, systems and methods for mixing fluids, such as a confectionary topping, and dispensing the fluids conveniently into other secondary containers.
