Abstract: Provided is an ultra highly-integrated flash memory cell device. The cell device includes a semiconductor substrate, a first doping semiconductor area formed on the semiconductor substrate, a second doping semiconductor area formed on the first doping semiconductor area, and a tunneling insulating layer, a charge storage node, a control insulating layer, and a control electrode which are sequentially formed on the second doping semiconductor area. The first and second doping semiconductor areas are doped with impurities of the different semiconductor types According to the present invention, it is possible to greatly improve miniaturization characteristics and performance of the cell devices in conventional NOR or NAND flash memories. Unlike conventional transistor type cell devices, the cell device according to the present invention does not have a channel and a source/drain.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a recombinant vector and a transgenic mouse for expressing human ferritin in a tissue non-specific manner, and more particularly, to a vector prepared by operably linking a human ferritin gene to a promoter including a cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer element and a ?-actin promoter, and a transgenic mouse expressing human ferritin in a tissue non-specific manner, which is transformed with the vector. Further, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a transgenic mouse, and a method for monitoring cell or tissue therapy using the transgenic mouse.
Abstract: A method of forming a high resolution organic thin film pattern, the method including forming a first organic layer on a substrate; selectively removing the first organic layer by selectively irradiating light energy onto the first organic layer, and forming a remaining part of the first organic layer as a sacrifice layer; forming a second organic layer on the substrate and the entire surface of the sacrifice layer; and lifting off the second organic layer formed on the sacrifice layer by removing the sacrifice layer using a solvent, and forming the remaining second organic layer as a second organic layer pattern.

Abstract: A method of mobile video streaming according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes three parts. The first part is for AP to measure the information of all clients such as ETX (Expected Transmission count metric) and RSSI (Receive Signal Strength Indicator) periodically for long-term channel quality and mobility patterns of each client. In the second part, AP estimates the buffer status, short-term channel quality, and mobility detection of each client based on only feedback from the target client and first part result. And lastly, AP performs a practical online scheduling to select the best network code set satisfying high Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), a standard metric of video quality, during a GoP (Group of Picture) at all clients based on I-frame priority.
Abstract: Disclosed are a novel fluorescent glucose analogue, a method for the synthesis thereof and the use thereof. The novel fluorescent glucose analogue is labeled with fluorescent dye by O-1-glycosylation and via various linkers. The fluorescent glucose analogue can be applied to molecular bioimaging and a method for screening curative or preventive drugs for glucose metabolism-related diseases.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermo-responsive draw solute that can be applied to water desalination and purification based on forward osmosis. The thermo-responsive draw solute has a molar mass of 50 to 3000 g/mol and undergoes a phase transition at a temperature of 0° C. to 70° C. The thermo-responsive draw solute creates optimum conditions for the desalination of seawater and the purification of contaminated water based on forward osmosis. The present invention also relates to a method for water desalination and purification using the thermo-responsive draw solute. The method consumes little energy for water desalination or purification, is simple to apply to water desalination or purification, and enables separation of the draw solute in a very easy manner.
