  • Patent number: 11014518
Abstract: An estimation device includes an information acquisition unit, a detection determination unit, a direction determination unit, and a direction estimation unit. When an object is a first-time detected object, the direction determination unit determines whether a relative direction acquired by the information acquisition unit is a direction toward an own vehicle. When the relative direction acquired by the information acquisition unit is a direction toward the own vehicle, the direction estimation unit estimates that a direction predetermined according to an object position acquired by the information acquisition unit is the movement direction of the object.

  • Patent number: 10991531
Abstract: A stationary core is in an exciting coil. A yoke covers an outer periphery and an axial end of the exciting coil to form a magnetic circuit and has an opening portion. The movable core faces the stationary core through the opening portion and is attracted toward the stationary core on energization of the exciting coil. A return spring urges the movable core against the attraction direction. A first gap is formed between the stationary core and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. A second gap is formed between the yoke and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. The second gap allows the yoke and the movable core to generate an attractive force therebetween on energization of the exciting coil. The return spring is made of a magnetic material to magnetically bridge the first gap or the second gap.

  • Patent number: 10958133
Abstract: In an electric motor, a magnetic bearing generates an electromagnetic force between multiple permanent magnets and a coil and rotatably supports an other side of a rotation shaft in an axis line direction. The rotation shaft is configured to be capable of being inclined with a rotation center line using a bearing side of the rotation shaft as a fulcrum. An electronic control device controls a current that flows to the coil such that an axis line of the rotation shaft approaches the rotation center line due to a supporting force which is the electromagnetic force between the multiple permanent magnets and the coil. Accordingly, the rotation shaft is rotatably supported to be freely rotatable by a magnetic bearing and the bearing.

  • Patent number: 10891738
Abstract: In a boundary line recognition apparatus, based on luminance levels of an image captured by a camera, candidate edge points of a boundary line sectioning a travel road are extracted, and a candidate line of the boundary line is extracted. An apparent width of the candidate line on an image is calculated, from a width of the candidate line in a horizontal direction of the image and an angle of the candidate line relative to a vertical direction of the image. A probability of a candidate line being a boundary line is calculated to be higher, as a degree of the candidate line having characteristics as a boundary line is higher. The calculated probabilities are integrated in respect of a plurality of characteristics to recognize a boundary line. The characteristics include a ratio of the calculated apparent width to an image blur degree is larger than a predetermined value.
