Abstract: The invention relates to environment management, particularly to methods for purifying a wastewater in order to eliminate a toxic impact of heavy and radioactive metals. A method for purifying fresh, combined and saline wastewater from radioactive and heavy metals using an electrolysis and a special active substance (sorbent), wherein the wastewater is fed to an electrolyzer with a chamber that is separated by a special membrane that is permeable for ions of metals separately of water, then changes of the pH occur in order to form complex compounds, which comprise ions of radioactive and heavy metals. Afterwards, the adsorption of the obtained 0 compounds by the special active substance (sorbent) and filtering-off on a precoat filter that retains ions of heavy and radioactive metals are performed. The obtained filtrate is cemented without drying and evaporation in order to perform final deposition of the radioactive 0 compounds.

Abstract: An adaptive cloud conversation platform capable of making automated decisions regarding when and how to establish ongoing communications with consumers so as to maximize the relationship between the consumer and a given brand. The system has a connection management services layer which determines what communications should be established and how they should be established, an initiation management services layer which determines when communications should be established, and a user management services layer which stores information about consumers and brands for determination of when and how communications should be established. Certain of these services have machine learning algorithms incorporated into them trained to perform analyses of the particular type of operation handled by that service. The outputs of each service can be used as inputs to other services, such that a network of machine learnings algorithms is created which determines when and how to establish ongoing communications with consumers.

Abstract: Computer-implemented methods and computer systems for an electronic transaction platform that enables the buying and/or selling of securities by users. The methods and systems relate to controlling communication of information during an electronic communication session for trading a financial instrument between an initiating user and one or more invitee users with the assistance of a dealer user or other intermediate entity. When a dealer with whom the initiating user has a relationship does not have a relationship with invitee users that may desire to trade for the security, a second dealer can be included in the electronic communication session, where the second dealer has a relationship with such invitee users. Various levels of participation are available for each user and correspond to what information each user is provided during the electronic communication session.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for configuring a mobile relay node in a communications system wherein the method comprises the mobile relay node requesting location dependent configuration data from an infrastructure node of the communications system; the mobile relay station receiving from the infrastructure node said location dependent configuration data; and configuring radio transmission characteristics of the mobile relay node in accordance with the received location dependent configuration data.

Abstract: A system and method for user, device, and transaction authentication and callback management, utilizing a cloud platform, a digital ledger, an authentication manager, and smart callback contracts, brokering user to user communications and session establishment using an automated workflow built upon extensible root smart contract templates which can be configured to connect various users and brands. Historical user identifier and behavior data may be stored in a blockchain and/or smart callback contract and compared against current user data to authenticate and validate a user, prior to the execution of the smart callback contract, all in a way that is transparent and autonomous to the user. Abstract: A real time additive processing system for crude oil or refined fuel products is coupled to a fuel transport line that transfers fuel from one storage tank to another storage tank. The fuel additive processing system includes a fuel additive storage tank coupled to a liquid conduit having a liquid pump with a speed/stroke controller that regulates the liquid pump. The liquid conduit is coupled to the fuel transport line at a fuel additive injection nozzle. The fuel additive processing system also includes a flow rate transmitter and a chemical or physical property analyzer coupled to the fuel transport line downstream of the additive injection nozzle. The fuel additive processing system includes a flow controller that communicates with the liquid pump speed/stroke controller, flow rate transmitter and chemical or physical property analyzer. A remote system allows selective control of the flow controller.

Abstract: Pedestrian crossing zones at an intersection are often poorly illuminated. Lighting systems typically only partially illuminate the pedestrian crossing zone or provide only diffuse light. Herein is disclosed a crossing zone illumination system and method of operation, comprising a controller and an array of at least two lights coupled to a span wire above each pedestrian crossing zone.

Abstract: A system for providing active callback management using callback objects and contact information integration, utilizing a cloud callback system comprising at least a profile manager, callback manager, interaction manager, media server, and environment analyzer, allowing users to call businesses, agents in contact centers, or other users who are connected to a cloud callback system, and, failing to connect to the individual they called, allow for an automatic callback object to be created, whereby the two users may be automatically called and bridged together at a time when both users are available.

Abstract: A method of assembling a mobile electric power generation system comprises providing a generator trailer having an electric generator, a gas turbine trailer having a gas turbine, an exhaust trailer having an exhaust silencer, and an air filter and ventilation trailer having an air inlet device. Each of the trailers further comprise a trailer alignment system. The method includes arranging the gas turbine trailer at a work site such that the generator trailer and the gas turbine trailer are in an end-to-end configuration. The method includes operably coupling each of the exhaust trailer and the air filter and ventilation trailer to the gas turbine trailer, and correcting a position of the at least one of the generator trailer, the gas turbine trailer, the exhaust trailer, and the air filter and ventilation trailer using the trailer alignment system thereof.

Abstract: A system and method for managing virtual queues. A cloud-based queue service manages a plurality of queues hosted by one or more entities. The queue service is in constant communication with the entities providing queue management, queue analysis, and queue recommendations. The queue service is likewise in direct communication with queued persons. Sending periodic updates while also motivating and incentivizing punctuality and minimizing wait times based on predictive analysis. The predictive analysis uses “Big Data” and other available data resources, for which the predictions assist in the balancing of persons across multiple queues for the same event or multiple persons across a sequence of queues for sequential events.

Abstract: Approaches for portably and discreetly treating muscle cramping using one or more of a selectively controllable transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) unit and a heating element comprising resistive fabric. Cramping of the muscle may be detected with a surface electromyography (sEMG) unit. Artificial intelligence techniques may be applied using the sEMG signals and/or user input to identify effective treatment settings.

Abstract: A modular target structure is disclosed for supporting targets during target practice. An example modular target structure includes a first leg structure, a second leg structure, and an interconnecting member. The interconnecting member connects between the first leg structure and the second leg structure to form a substantially triangular shaped support structure which can be utilized in a horizontal or vertical configuration. At least one target mount may be provided for attaching targets. The support structure is readily assembled and unassembled and can be configured between an operating position for target practice, and a collapsed position for transport and storage.
