  • Patent number: 11505999
Abstract: A leak-resistant pipe connection has an annular seal bulge on a pin end of the connection and a tapered seal area adjacent a secondary box shoulder of a box end of the connection. The annular seal bulge is coined on contact with the tapered seal area on initial make-up of the connection which provides a metal-to-metal seal that is very resistant to high-pressure fluid leakage even after the connection is subjected to extreme shear and tensile stresses.

  • Patent number: 11506008
Abstract: A tool for cleaning out the lower end of a cased wellbore having an installed production string. The tool is lowered down the production string until it projects from an end of the production string and into the wellbore. High pressure fluid is then sprayed from the tool's fluid openings into nearby portions of the wellbore. Once cleaning operations are complete, the tool is carried back to the ground surface using subterranean fluid pressure.

  • Patent number: 11501100
Abstract: A computer system and associated processes are disclosed for grouping similar real estate properties into contiguous neighborhoods, and for generating neighborhood-specific models capable of estimating property values within their respective neighborhoods. A clustering component uses various sources of property-level data to group properties based on measures of property similarity. For example, the clustering component may use features extracted from property images to identify properties with similar characteristics. As another example, the clustering component may measure property similarity based on how frequently specific properties are designated as comparable in appraisal reports. A model generator uses a machine learning process to determine, for specific neighborhoods, correlations between property attributes and values, and uses these correlations to generate the neighborhood specific models.

  • Publication number: 20220358256
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to enabling a user device to manipulate a multi-dimensional model maintained by a computing device. An application on the user device can receive requests from the user to manipulate the model via programmable hot keys, a shortcut keyboard, or voice commands. The user device can send these requests to the computing device, which provides the requests to a CAD program executed by the computing device to manipulate the model. By executing the application on the user device and the driver on the computing device, the present disclosure can enable the user device to manipulate models on the computing device, which is a more efficient and intuitive technique for the user.

  • Publication number: 20220347554
Abstract: A method of gradually revealing an image using cube puzzles is provided. A first image is divided into a plurality of blocks. Each block can have one or more arbitrary colors. A second image is then generated from the first image where each block of the second image corresponds to one or more blocks of the first image. The blocks of the second image are unicolor blocks with colors that are selected from one of the six colors of a cube puzzle. Groups of adjacent blocks of the second image with the same number of rows and columns as the sides of the cube puzzles are assigned to participants to match to the color of the blocks on the sides of their cube puzzles. Once each participant matches the colors of an assigned region on a side of the corresponding cube puzzle, the matched region is reveled to all participants.
