Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable an electronic transaction platform that receives a request to begin the electronic communication session identifying a preferred instrument feature relating to the target financial instrument to be traded. The electronic transaction platform receive instrument feature data relating to characteristics of financial instruments available to trade, and clusters, using a clustering machine learning model, the financial instruments into instrument feature groups based on the characteristics. The target financial instrument is classified with the clustering machine learning model into one of the instrument feature groups based on the preferred instrument feature to identify similar financial instruments. A dealer user is identified to act as an intermediate entity in a transaction with the similar financial instruments and a graphical user interface is presented to the user with active links to connect to the dealer user for each similar financial instrument.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to an effervescent therapeutic composition for delivering multiple compounds to a patient in a single administration. In some embodiments, the effervescent therapeutic composition includes an alkaline effervescing compound, one or more compressible binders, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of metformin, a pharmaceutically acceptable cobalamin, and an acid compound or an acid salt. In other embodiments, the effervescent therapeutic composition may include a folate or folic acid and metformin. In yet other embodiments, the effervescent therapeutic composition may include a folate or folic acid, cobalamin, and metformin.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a modified adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector for treating various pathologies. The modified AAV vector may include transfected Claudin genes for use in treating those pathologies via the disclosed gene therapy. The disclosure also relates to the methods of preparing, administering, and testing the disclosed genetic therapies. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to systems and methods for monitoring, locally or remotely, a patient's medical condition and the efficacy of an administered genetic therapy. The system and methods also disclose adjusting the genetic therapies based on established operating parameters.

Abstract: Engineered handheld bin system constructed of modular components creating custom heights and increased interior volume greater than known handheld plastic containers. The bin includes a base, a frame, four corner members and a wall member having a plurality of side panels. In one embodiment, the four corner members interlockably couple the frame and the base. In one embodiment, the base includes a base frame defining a channel to selectively couple to the bottom edge of the wall member and the frame defines a wall member accepting slot to engage and compress a portion of the top edge of the wall member.

Abstract: Systems and methods for exchanging fracturing components of a hydraulic fracturing unit and may include an exchangeable fracturing component section to facilitate quickly exchanging a fracturing component of a hydraulic fracturing unit. The fracturing component section may include a section frame including a base, and a fracturing component connected to the base. The fracturing component section also may include a component electrical assembly and a component fluid assembly connected to the section frame. The fracturing component section further may include a coupling plate connected to the section frame. The fracturing component section also may include one or more of a plurality of quick-connect electrical couplers or a plurality of quick-connect fluid couplers connected to a coupling plate.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) compounds. One aspect relates to a flame retardant poly(vinyl chloride) compound, comprising a mixture of poly(vinyl chloride); and a plasticizer comprising polymeric plasticizer, and/or alkyl aryl fire retardant plasticizer, wherein the mixture has a Limiting Oxygen Index of greater than 50% according to ASTM D2863; an Elongation at Break of at least 10% according to ASTM D638 (Type IV); and a Modulus of Elasticity of less than about 15,000 psi according to ASTM 638 (Type IV).

Abstract: A weight-bearing system for hanging items from the roof structure of a metal building is disclosed. The system includes a purlin with at least one flange, a span aperture in the vertical span of the purlin, a clip that attaches to the purlin using the span aperture, and a fastener on the clip for transferring weight applied to the fastener to the clip and to the vertical span of said purlin.

Abstract: Container insulation including a batt comprised of large paper particles, at least 90% of which by weight are greater than 10 mm in diameter. Less than 5% by weight binder fibers are used, which have a length of at least 20 mm. Most preferably, no binder fibers are used. Where the batts are faced with paper, the paper is coated with a biodegradable coating. The resulting product is repulpable and recyclable in accordance with Fiber Box Association (FBA) testing protocols.

Abstract: Systems and methods to increase intake air flow to a gas turbine engine of a hydraulic fracturing unit when positioned in an enclosure may include providing an intake expansion assembly to enhance intake air flow to the gas turbine engine. The intake expansion assembly may include an intake expansion wall defining a plurality of intake ports positioned to supply intake air to the gas turbine engine. The intake expansion assembly also may include one or more actuators connected to a main housing of the enclosure and the intake expansion assembly. The one or more actuators may be positioned to cause the intake expansion wall to move relative to the main housing between a first position preventing air flow through the plurality of intake ports and a second position providing air flow through the plurality of intake ports to an interior of the enclosure.

Abstract: A robotic shuttle system includes a rack system and one or more shuttles. The rack system includes a rack and a shuttle frame. The rack has storage locations for containers containing items. The shuttle frame has rails disposed along the rack. The shuttle includes a powertrain, container transfer mechanism, and a robot arm. The power train is configured to move the shuttle along the rails of the rack and on a surface outside of the rack system. The container transfer mechanism is configured to transfer the containers between the rack and the shuttle. The robot arm extends from the shuttle to transfer the items between one of the containers on the shuttle and a container in a container holder of the shuttle.

Abstract: A pump system may include a pump, a driveshaft, driving equipment, and a vibration dampening assembly configured to reduce pump-imposed high frequency/low amplitude and low frequency/high amplitude torsional vibrations. The pump may have an input shaft connected to the driveshaft. The driving equipment may include an output shaft having an output flange connected to the driveshaft. The driving equipment may be configured to rotate the driveshaft to rotate the input shaft of the pump therewith. The vibration dampening assembly may include one or more flywheels operably connected to the input shaft and configured to rotate therewith.

Abstract: A system for autonomously monitoring and managing consumer device assets includes a plurality of consumer device assets registered with a remote computer server platform. The remote computer server platform is configured to execute software applications for monitoring and managing the consumer device assets. The consumer device assets communicate operational status information and consumer usage information to the remote computer server platform automatically as a result of pre-programmed conditions and/or instructions received from the remote computer server platform. The remote computer server platform monitors the consumer device assets by processing the operational status information and consumer usage information automatically according to preprogrammed conditions.

Abstract: A system for extracting components from sample material includes a multi-port extraction vessel and an extraction basket that is configured to hold the sample material and to be rotated within the multi-port extraction vessel. The extraction vessel may include multiple ingress ports and multiple egress ports to allow a liquid solvent to flow through the extraction vessel during an extraction process. The extraction basket is permeable to allow liquid solvent to flow through the extraction basket and distribute throughout the sample material held within the extraction basket. A rotation mechanism, such as a motor, may rotate the extraction basket within the extraction vessel during the extraction process. The multi-port extraction vessel, in combination with the rotatable extraction basket, promotes even distribution of the liquid solvent throughout the sample material.

Such a switch has configurable number of selector handlers pool, and the switch accepts a connection from stores and reads loyalty host information from master data to establish the connection with a loyalty host and to route messages. Each selector handler in the switch has multiple store objects that contain a routing map and connection information from companies' sites and the loyalty host.

In one aspect, the occupant and/or vehicular data may be sent to a remote device for calculation of a seat adjustment algorithm. Abstract: A system and apparatus that eliminates the need for constructing a platform the length of a structure and further eliminates heavy machinery as a means of transportation or conveyance of a work platform. The system provides a rail member in combination with a plurality of bearing races for rolling bearings which allow the hanging platform to move by mechanical means along said supported rail member. The system provides a work platform or equipment cart that moves smoothly along the rail member from a first terminus to a second terminus as necessary for the transportation or conveyance of materials, equipment or persons.
