  • Publication number: 20200003436
Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for evaporative cooling control. In one implementation, a humidity setpoint is received for a designated space, and at least one atmospheric condition of ambient air is received. The at least one atmospheric condition is measured using one or more ambient air sensors. A performance prediction of an evaporative cooler is generated by calculating a set of one or more predicted psychrometric properties of supply air leaving the evaporative cooler based on the at least one atmospheric condition. The humidity setpoint is compared to the set of one or more predicted psychrometric properties of the performance prediction in a setpoint comparison. A flow of fluid is controlled over evaporative media using one or more pumps of the evaporative cooler. The flow of the fluid is controlled based on the setpoint comparison such that the humidity setpoint is prevented from being exceeded.

  • Patent number: 10521412
Abstract: A token apportionment stack may include multiple layers. A data structure layer of the token apportionment stack may access configuration memory to determine nodes and node attributes for a multiple-tier data structure. The data structure layer may send a message to a token assignment later of the token apportionment stack that indicates the determined nodes and attributes. Responsive to the message, the token assignment layer may assign tokens to a first node and recursively assign an apportionment of the assigned tokens to a second node. The token assignment layer may send a message with the assignments to the data structure layer. An interface interaction layer of the token apportionment stack may receive and handle query regarding token assignment by accessing token assignment data stored at the data structure layer.

  • Patent number: 10519887
Abstract: The present invention is one in which an off board Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is used to diagnose the internal combustion engine. The MAF sensor is connected to the air induction system of the engine. The sensor is then powered from the vehicles battery. The MAF sensor is designed for lower air flow rates produced from the engine such as; crank, idle, and light load. The sensor creates an output voltage that is proportional to the volumetric air flow of each cylinder entering the engine. This MAF voltage output signal is then used to diagnose engine pumping issues.
