Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a status of components of hydraulic fracturing units including a prime mover and a hydraulic fracturing pump to pump fracturing fluid into a wellhead via a manifold may include a diagnostic control assembly. The diagnostic control assembly may include sensors associated with the hydraulic fracturing units or the manifold, and a supervisory control unit to determine whether the sensors are generating signals outside a calibration range, determine whether a fluid parameter associated with an auxiliary system of the hydraulic fracturing units is indicative of a fluid-related problem, determine whether lubrication associated with the prime mover, the hydraulic fracturing pump, or a transmission of the hydraulic fracturing units has a lubrication fluid temperature greater than a maximum lubrication temperature, or determine an extent to which a heat exchanger assembly associated with the hydraulic fracturing units is cooling fluid passing through the heat exchanger assembly.

Abstract: A filter assembly and a method of operating the same to detect water leaks are provided. The filter assembly includes a filter housing for receiving a filter cartridge and at least partially defining a drain trough positioned below the filter cartridge for collecting leaked water. A light source is positioned proximate the drain trough for directing light through the drain trough and a light sensor is positioned proximate the drain trough for sensing the light directed through the drain trough. A controller uses the light sensor to monitor the light generated by the light source and determines that a leak exists when an intensity of sensed light is reduced by the leaked water.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for determining a section in which generation of internal gas in a second battery accelerates, the method comprising the steps of: measuring a closed circuit voltage (CCV) and an open circuit voltage (OCV) according to the state of charge (SOC) of the secondary battery while charging the secondary battery; deriving a closed circuit voltage (SOC-CCV) profile according to the state of charge and an open circuit voltage (SOC-OCV) profile according to the state of charge; and determining, from the derived SOC-CCV profile and SOC-OCV profile, a section in which the amount of internal gas generated in the secondary battery rapidly increases.

Abstract: A system for performing recursive online searches is configured to: (a) receive a first attribute for building a summary profile for an entity, the first attribute being used as seed data in building the summary profile; (b) search at least one of a set of data sources using the seed data to obtain one or more subsequent attributes related to the seed data, the subsequent attributes being contextual information having a relational connection to the entity; (c) populate the summary profile with the first attribute and the subsequent attributes under specified fields in the profile; (d) determine that a set of attributes in the subsequent attributes does not result in a stopping condition; (e) search the set of data sources using each of the set of attributes to receive additional attributes; and (f) populate the summary profile with the received additional attributes.

At times, the service provider will not be available for processing and will generate deferral responses to the service requesters. The aggregated analog signal may be associated with a calibration test to be used to determine a set of calibration parameters for a load test of a base station. The device may determine the set of calibration parameters for the load test based on an outcome of performing a calibration test. The set of calibration parameters may result in a set of digital gains approximately centered in a digital dynamic gain range. The device may perform the load test after determining the analog gain for the analog signal and based on the set of calibration parameters for the load test.

Abstract: A calibration operation determines a resistance of a sense resistor in a POE system. A voltage measurement is taken with a first current flowing through the sense resistor. A second voltage measurement is taken with a second current flowing through the resistor. A resistance value of the sense resistor is determined based on a voltage difference between the first and second voltage measurements and a current difference between the first current and the second currents.

Abstract: The present invention, in the field of bioengineering and biotechnology, relates to a method for preparing a recombinant antibody with a unique glycan profile produced by a genome-edited CHO host cell. Specifically, according to a method of the present invention, the TALEN technology is used to edit the FUT8 gene in CHO cells that have been adapted for serum-free suspension growth. The edited CHO host cells can produce recombinant antibodies with a unique glycan profile. The unique glycan profile can be characterized by non-fucosylated N-linked oligosaccharide chains of the antibodies, extremely low N-glycosylation heterogeneity and uniform carbohydrate chains. The antibody prepared by the method of the invention exhibit significantly increased ADCC and greater stability.

Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating injection-locked oscillators into transceiver arrays are disclosed. In one aspect, there is provided an injection-locked oscillator (ILO) distribution system including a master clock generator configured to generate a master clock signal. The ILO distribution system also includes an ILO distribution circuit including an ILO and configured to receive the master clock signal. The ILO is configured to generate a reference clock signal based on the master clock signal. The ILO distribution circuit is further configured to generate an output signal indicative of an operating frequency of the ILO. The ILO distribution system further includes an injection-locked detector (ILD) configured to receive the master clock signal and the output signal. The ILD is further configured to determine whether the ILO is in a locked state or in an unlocked state based on the master clock signal and the output signal.

In one aspect, there is provided an injection-locked oscillator (ILO) distribution system including a master clock generator configured to generate a master clock signal. The ILO is configured to generate a reference clock signal based on the master clock signal. The shaft extension is inserted into the fixing recess to achieve fixing. At least a portion of the shaft extension has a non-circular cross-section, and a shape of the fixing recess matches a shape of the shaft extension. Compared with the related art, the machining tool of the present disclosure has high processing precision and good reliability.
