A decoding/decompression section repeats a cycle of a decoding/decompression process for each of frames at a rate higher than the frame rate of the moving image. An image processing section repeats a cycle of applying a necessary image process to each of the frames at the rate higher than the frame rate of the moving image. The display control section outputs the data regarding the frame ready for displaying to a display panel at the rate higher than the frame rate of the moving image.

Abstract: Systems and methods for executing content to be rendered on a screen of a head mounted display (HMD) are provided. One method includes executing the content to render interactive scenes on the screen and tracking an orientation direction of the HMD when worn on a head of a user and the interactive scenes are being rendered on the screen. The method includes changing view directions into the interactive scenes based on changes in the orientation direction of the HMD, such that movements of the head of the user causes the changes in the view directions into the interactive scenes. The method further includes receiving images of a real world space using a camera of the HMD. The camera of the HMD is configured to capture a location of real world objects in the real world space relative to the user of the HMD.

Abstract: A method for performing a system start up. The method including receiving at a board management controller (BMC) a startup configuration instruction to boot up a compute node with an operating system, wherein the compute node is located on a sled including a plurality of compute nodes, wherein the BMC is configured for managing a plurality of communication interfaces providing communication to the plurality of compute nodes. The method including sending a boot instruction from the BMC to a boot controller of the compute node over a communication interface to execute a basic input/output system (BIOS) firmware that is stored remote from the compute node. The method including performing execution of the BIOS firmware on the compute node to initiate loading of the operating system for execution by the compute node.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating augmented reality (AR) scenes where the AR scenes can be adjusted to modify at least part of an image of the physical features of a user to produce a virtual mesh of the physical features. The method includes generating an augmented reality (AR) scene for rendering on a display for a user wearing AR glasses, the AR scene includes a real-world space and virtual objects overlaid in the real-world space. The method includes analyzing a field of view into the AR scene from the AR glasses; the analyzing is configured to detect images of physical features of the user when the field of view is directed toward at least part of said physical features of the user.

A decoding loop includes decoding an encoded binary element from a sequence of encoded binary elements to generate a decoded binary element using a context probability. A next context probability for a next encoded binary element in the sequence is determined from the decoded binary element and the next context probability for decoding the next encoded binary element is provided to the decoding loop for a next iteration.
