Abstract: A system for dispensing fluid foodstuff material into a shaping cavity of a mould is described, of the type comprising the steps of: advancing a plurality of moulds (M1, M2) on a conveying line (2), along an advancement direction (X), each comprising at least one shaping cavity; providing a dispensing machine (4) along said conveying line (2) provided with a formation of nozzles (6; 61, 62, 63) comprising at least one line of nozzles arranged along a direction (K) transversal to said advancement direction (X). The process is characterized in that it delivers the material during advancement of the moulds, and in that it adjusts the quantity of material dispensed as a function of the variation in depth in the individual shaping cavity along the advancement direction (X).
Abstract: Described herein is a process for applying granular material on an outer side of a foodstuff product (P). This process comprises the steps of: providing a mould (2; 102) having a mould cavity (S; S?) that is delimited, at least partially, by at least one mobile wall (22B; 106); positioning the product (P) in said mould cavity by setting said outer side (p1) in a position facing and at a distance from said mobile wall (22); introducing granular material in the gap (24; 112) comprised between said mobile wall (22B; 106) and said outer side of said product; and moving said mobile wall (22B; 106) towards said outer side of said product so that it comes to press said granular material against said outer side (p1) of said product (P).
Abstract: A process for making a hermetically sealed package, which includes forming a sheet of wrapping made of plastic material, in particular having a thickness of less than or equal to 140 ?m. The process envisages: forming on the sheet a first, hollow, portion and a second, perimetral, portion, which delimits at least partially the first portion; inserting the product into the hollow portion obtained in the sheet of wrapping; applying a second sheet of wrapping in contact with the perimetral portion so as to close the hollow portion with the product inside; and welding the second sheet on the first sheet along the perimetral portion. Forming the first sheet includes providing on the second, perimetral, portion a series of pleats of the sheet, which are then sealed.

Abstract: A system for conveying products in succession along an industrial line, the system including at least one conveyor configured for conveying the products along at least one stretch of the line. Provided on the conveyor are codes to identify a series of distinct areas, for reception of the products. The system also includes one or more devices configured for detecting the codes of the areas of the conveyor when the areas are located in a position, along the line, where the products undergo a given operation; and a control unit configured for processing the codes so as to determine one or more data regarding the products.

Abstract: Described herein is a packaging method implemented via an industrial plant comprising a formation of packaging machines (M1-M4) arranged in succession and supplied via one and the same conveyor line (120). The package includes: an outer container; and a tray, which is provided with a plurality of housings containing the products and rotatably mounted within the container. Provided on the tray is an array of game indications. An opening or an opening and a transparent portion, for rendering accessible a product contained in a housing so that it can be removed, and for rendering visible from outside an indication of the game. A shaped portion is provided, which faces, or projects on, the outside of the container and which the consumer can get hold of. The tray is configured for being rotated, via the shaped portion, so as to render accessible a new product and, simultaneously, render visible from outside a new game indication, through the at least one opening or else the opening and the transparent portion.
Abstract: Described herein is a wrapper (1) for food products, in particular confectionary products, comprising—a wrapping sheet shaped so as to define a curved portion (2) within which a product is housed;—a tear strip (6) applied on an inner side of said sheet, and—an adhesive label (16) applied on the outer side of said curved portion (2) and on one end of said tear strip (6). The adhesive label (16) provides hermetic closing of the wrapper which is provided with a cut (12) at said one end of the tear strip (6) and at the same time comes to constitute, together with the tear strip (6) the means for opening the wrapper.
