Abstract: The invention provides a container comprising an upper section for storage, a lower section for storage, and a linkage arrangement attaching the upper section to the lower section, such that the upper and lower sections can be moved relative to each other between a closed configuration and an expanded configuration, the container further comprising at least one latch having a closed position and a released position, the latch being arranged to retain the upper section and the lower section in the closed configuration when it is in the closed position, and the latch being arranged to be releasable to the released position in which the upper and lower sections are movable into the expanded configuration.

Abstract: A device tag including a housing that includes a first connector structure constructed and arranged to engage with a battery operated device and a second connector structure constructed and arranged to slidingly engage with a battery such that the device tag is provided between the battery operated device and the battery. Abstract: The invention provides a container having a base and a lid, which together defines an internal compartment when the lid is in a closed position, and a tray located within the internal compartment. The tray is slidingly attached to the container by for example, a pair of slides, such that the tray is free to slide in at least one substantially lateral direction in relation to the container when the lid is in an open position. The lid may be a one-piece lid which is attached to the base by a hinge at one side of the base. The tray may be slidingly attached to the base and the tray is free to slide over the hinge side of the base when the lid is in an open position.

Abstract: A portable work surface is convertible between mat and bag configurations, and includes a body with a central portion and a surrounding peripheral portion, with a cord threaded at least part way around the peripheral portion. The central and peripheral portions are configurable to define a substantially planar mat configuration. The cord is operable to fold the peripheral portion about the central portion to define a bag configuration where the central portion defines a bag base and the peripheral portion defines a bag wall. The peripheral portion comprises rigid members spanning the distance of the bag wall substantially between the central portion and the cord. In an embodiment, a cover may be hingedly connected to the body, foldable to straddle the peripheral portion in the bag configuration, and configurable to protrude proud of the planar mat configuration of the central portion and the peripheral portion.

Abstract: An apparatus for transporting articles between working locations includes one or more rotatable ground engaging wheels mounted towards the bottom of the apparatus for rotation about an axis to provide rolling support for the apparatus, a manually engageable pulling handle, a frame, at least one container connected to the frame, and an audio playback device. The audio playback device includes one or more speakers and is configured to be releasably connected to the apparatus. The pulling handle and the one or more ground engaging wheels are arranged to enable a user to manually pull the pulling handle generally rearwardly so as to tilt the apparatus rearwardly to a tilted rolling movement position, thereby enabling the user to roll the apparatus to a desired location by pushing or pulling the pulling handle in a desired direction.

The frame includes two sides, the two sides connected to each other with a latchable bar and one or more fixed crossbars. The work bench also includes movable catch which is movable from a position in which it retains the latchable bar at the latched position to maintain the work bench in an in-use position, and a released position in which the latchable bar is release from the catch to allow the work bench to be folded into a closed position.

Abstract: An object management system that includes at least one object identification device to be secured to an associated object. The object identification devices provide radio frequency signals containing object identification codes. The system includes at least one user identification device providing a radio frequency signal containing a user identification code and a control unit having a reader for receiving and reading the signals provided by the user identification devices and the object identification devices. One aspect provides a remote unit that communicates directly with the control unit to receive information associated with a condition of the object management system at a location remote from the control unit. The remote unit is further configured to be carried by a user and configured to communicate information and/or an alert to the user, wherein the information and/or the alert is associated with the condition of the object management system.

Abstract: A toolbox has a central section and at least one side section. The side sections are pivotally attached to the central section using a pin and slot arrangement which allows an eccentric path to be followed as the side sections pivot around the central section. This allows freedom of design of the dimensions of a central tray in the central section without obstructing pivoting of the side sections. A latch may be provided which slightly opens the side sections when it is in its unlatched position allowing a user to see that the sides are not properly latched.

The pivotable side latch may be configured to engage a retaining structure of another container when the pivotable side latch is in the retaining position. The lid may comprise a depression, and the pivotable side latch may be further configured to be in the depression when the pivotable side latch is in the storage position.
