Abstract: A cooking state displaying apparatus and method for a microwave oven combined with a television. The apparatus includes a body sensor for sensing if there is a person near the microwave oven, and in accordance with the sensed output from the body sensor during cooking, selectively displays the current cooking state and completion on an LED displayer installed on the front side of the microwave oven or on a TV screen. Also, in accordance with the sensed output from the body sensor, a cavity lamp in the microwave oven is selectively turned on/off and the loudness of a buzzer sound for indicating completion of cooking varies. Therefore, it is convenient to use and it is possible to save power consumption.
Abstract: A pipe cutter includes a hollow head portion having a first and second ends and a passage way is formed along a longitudinal axis thereof. A jaw element is formed on the first end of the head portion thereby defining a mouth for receiving a pipe to be cut. A blade means has a blade received therein, the blade slidably engaged in the passage way of the head portion. Two handles, each has two ends, one end thereof pivoted to the head portion. A transmission means has first and second ends, the first end pivoted to the blade means and the second ends pivoted to the handles, such that the transmission means converts pivotal movements of the handles into linear movement of the blade means.
Abstract: An object tracking apparatus for a camcorder which automatically controls the photographing direction in the camcorder according to the movement of the object so that the camcorder can automatically track and photograph the object. The object tracking apparatus for a camcorder comprises supporting means for supporting the camcorder to be panned right and left, a motor for supplying a power such that the supporting device rotates the camcorder right and left, a motor driver for driving a motor, at least a pair of photosensitive means mounted on the front surface of camcorder for detecting the left and right movements of the object, and a comparing means for controlling the motor driver according to the change of the output signals of the photosensitive means.
Abstract: A dust collector for collecting dust in a cathode ray tube includes collecting parts which form a collecting space for collecting dust in the cathode ray tube. One of the collecting parts is formed by a retainer for retaining the collecting parts in the cathode ray tube. The dust collector improves the internal voltage characteristics of the CRT and the picture quality.

The ventilating fan is rotated instead of said cooling/heating fan when the room air is polluted and ventilates the polluted air within a room.
