Patents Assigned to Suminoe Textile Co., Ltd.
  • Publication number: 20050208261
Abstract: An upper surface layer 2 and a nonwoven fabric sound absorption layer 3 are integrally secured via an air permeable adhesive resin layer 4 formed by melting thermoplastic resin powder, and the air permeability of the thickness direction of the entire carpet 1 falls within the range of 1 to 50 cm3/cm2·second. This effectively absorbs noise from the upper side entering via a roof, doors and windows as well as noise from the lower side. The carpet can be manufactured by scattering thermoplastic resin powder on an upper surface member, heating the thermoplastic resin powder into melted thermoplastic resin, placing a nonwoven fabric on the upper surface member via the melted thermoplastic resin, and pressing the nonwoven fabric and the upper surface member in a laminated state. It is preferable that powder of particle size of 90 to 10,000 ?m is scattered in the amount of 5 to 500 g/m2.

  • Publication number: 20040219126
Abstract: A cationized supporting material 2 is immersed into a treatment solution containing a level dyeing agent, and then immersed into a treatment solution containing a metal phthalocyanine complex and then dried to thereby obtain an odor eliminating material 1. Alternatively, a cationized supporting material 2 is immersed into a treatment solution containing a metal phthalocyanine complex and a migration inhibitor and then dried to thereby obtain an odor eliminating material 1. The odor eliminating material exerts excellent odor elimination performance against ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, acetic acid and acetaldehyde.

  • Patent number: 6670018
Abstract: A net fabric to be processed into a net product capable of simplifying processing during manufacturing of a net product, leading to a reduction in manufacturing cost of the net product is disclosed. The net fabric is so constructed that the side edge portions of the net fabric, which are subjected to processing such as cutting, vibrational welding or the like, have a higher compressibility in the thickness direction than the middle portions of the net fabric. This ensures that the net fabric exhibits a better workability during the manufacturing of the net product using the net fabric in order to simplify the manufacturing process, and to lead to a reduction in manufacturing cost, even though the net fabric has a three-dimensional structure.

  • Patent number: 6507397
Abstract: An automatic color-tone test device comprises: a measurement cell 4 to which there are communication-connected dye liquor introduction tubes 16, 18 for passing through a controlling dye liquor that is a measurement object and dye liquor discharge tubes 17, 19; a spectrophotometer adapted such that a light transmission distance in the measurement cell 4 can be variably set in compliance with a concentration level of the controlling dye liquor that is a measurement object; and a statistical test computer section for operation-judging whether or not concentration and hue agree with desired values.

  • Patent number: 6335075
Abstract: A carpet carrying a deodorant that is resistant to washing and wear and thus capable of maintaining its deodorizing function for a long time without impairing the drape and tint of the carpet. The carpet has a backing layer and a fiber layer formed on one side of the backing layer. A deodorant is carried partially on the backing layer and partially on the fiber layer with the weight ratio of the deodorant carried on the fiber layer to the deodorant carried on the backing being 50:50 to 5:95.

  • Patent number: 6315364
Abstract: A seat or bed partly includes frames 8, 14 and net-shaped skins 10, 16 held by the frames 8, 14 under tension, respectively. Each of the net-shaped skins 10, 16 is made of an upper mesh layer 24, a lower mesh layer 26, and a pile layer having a large number of piles 28 that connect the upper and lower mesh layers 24, 26 to each other. Each pile 28 is made of a single string.

  • Patent number: 6073653
Abstract: A flow control device can variably control the flow rate with extremely high accuracy over a wide flow rate range from a high to a low flow rate with a single pump. In this flow control device, a pump is provided in a main pipe line through which fluid is fed. A bypass branches from the main pipe line at a point nearer to the discharge port than is the pump. A flowmeter and a flow control valve are provided in the bypass. In the bypass is further provided a back pressure regulating valve near the discharge port. The degree of opening of the flow control valve is adjusted based on the flow rate detected by the flowmeter. The back pressure regulating valve suppresses pressure fluctuation on the discharge side of the flow control valve.
