Abstract: A zero-touch provision Radio Access Network Distributed Unit (DU) server for a remote cell site that uses a Network Interface Card (NIC) to function temporarily as a Cell Site Router (CSR) to establish a connection with a central database to download BIOS/Operating System to boot the DU server, wherein once the DU server is booted, software executes that boots up a virtual CSR (vCSR). Once the vCSR is up and running, the vCSR reprograms the NIC to perform offloading networking tasks from the DU server CPU to a network processing unit (NPU) on the NIC. The NPU is designed to handle networking tasks such as packet encryption, packet classification, packet filtering, load balancing, and security features.

In response to determining the generator back-up is supplying power, the EVSE can operate at percentage of full power. The EVSE may attempt to reconnect and/or increase the percentage of full power in multiple ways based on a mode the EVSE is operating in. In a lock-out disabled priority mode, the EVSE can attempt to reconnect and begin operating at full power. In a lock-out mode, the EVSE can attempt to reconnect at a percentage of full power and incrementally increase the percentage of full power until full power has been reached.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that convert digital video data, such as two-dimensional digital video data, into a natural language text description describing the subject matter represented in the video. For example, the disclosed implementations may process video data in real-time, near real-time, or after the video data is created and generate a text-based video narrative describing the subject matter of the video. In addition, the disclosed implementations may also support a question and answer session in which a user may submit queries about the subject matter of one or more videos and the disclosed implementations will present natural language responses based on the subject matter of the video and any corresponding context.
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to imaging LiDARs with optical antennas fed by optical waveguides. The optical antennas can be activated through an optical switch network that connects the optical antennas to a laser source to a receiver. A microlens array is positioned between a lens of the LiDAR system and the optical antennas, the microlens array being positioned so as to transform an emission angle from a corresponding optical antenna to match a chief ray angle of the lens. Methods of use and fabrication are also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are ultrasound systems and methods for sustained spatial attention. For example, an ultrasound system can include a console and an ultrasound probe. A display of the console can be configured to display ultrasound images and one or more still or moving images of a procedural field. The ultrasound probe can include a camera integrated into the ultrasound probe for recording the one-or-more still or moving images of the procedural field with a depth of field including a distal end of a probe head and a field of view including a spatial region about the probe head. With the one-or-more still or moving images displayed along with the ultrasound images, a clinician need not switch his or her spatial attention between spatial regions such as the procedural field and the display quite as frequently as with existing ultrasound systems, thereby sustaining spatial attention in one or more spatial regions.

Abstract: A queue circuit that manages access to a memory circuit in a computer system includes multiple sets of entries for storing access requests. The entries in one set of entries are assigned to corresponding sources that generate access requests to the memory circuit. The entries in the other set of entries are floating entries that can be used to store requests from any of the sources. Upon receiving a request from a particular source, the queue circuit checks the entry assigned to the particular source and, if the entry is unoccupied, the queue circuit stores the request in the entry. If, however, the entry assigned to the particular source is occupied, the queue circuit stores the request in one of the floating entries.
Abstract: A multi-node, quantum communication network for providing quantum-secure time transfer with Damon attack detection is described. The network includes three or more nodes connected via authenticated communication channels forming a closed loop. By determining differences between the local times at as well as the time durations required for photons to travel between the three or more nodes, the network detects a Damon attack, if present. For example, the network imposes a closed loop condition to detect the Damon attack. The network can also use the local time differences and time durations for photon travel between nodes to synchronize the local clocks at the three or more nodes of the network.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for automatic signal detection in an RF environment are disclosed. A sensor device in a nodal network comprises at least one RF receiver, a generator engine, and an analyzer engine. The at least one RF receiver measures power levels in the RF environment and generates FFT data based on power level data. The generator engine calculates a power distribution by frequency of the RF environment in real time or near real time, including a first derivative and a second derivative of the FFT data. The analyzer engine creates a baseline based on statistical calculations of the power levels measured in the RF environment for a predetermined period of time, and identifies at least one signal based on the first derivative and the second derivative of the FFT data in at least one conflict situation from comparing live power distribution to the baseline of the RF environment.
