Abstract: An adhesive fastener for foam molding and cushion thereof are disclosed herein. The adhesive fastener comprises a strip. The strip comprises a surface with a plurality of first hooks and second hooks. The first hooks are disposed on an adhesive area and the second hooks are disposed on a surrounding area of the adhesive area. The arrange density of the first hooks is greater than the arrange density of the second hooks. Therefore, when the adhesive fastener is used in a foam material cushion, the adhesive and fastening function in the adhesive area is working normally and a combining force between the adhesive fastener and the foam material is performed well.

Abstract: A hook-and-loop component embedded with a foam material is disclosed herein and includes a band body having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface being opposite to each other and the hook-and-loop component is characterized in that: a plurality of pores disposed on the band body; a plurality of hair loops disposed on the first surface; and a magnetic material disposed on the second surface and is corresponding to a disposed position of the hair loops. The disposed position of the hair loops and the magnetic material includes an interval away from an edge of the first surface and the second surface.

Abstract: A fastening assembly and a cushion having the same are disclosed. The fastening assembly includes a first band, a second band, and a third band. The first band has a first surface protrudingly provided with a plurality of hooks, and a second surface provided with a magnetic layer. The second band is made of a sponge material and is provided lengthwise with a central concave portion and bilaterally with sidewalls. The first band is placed on the central concave portion. The depth of the central concave portion is greater than the thickness of the first band plus the hooks. The third band is bonded to a bottom surface of the second band with another magnetic layer disposed between the second band and the third band.

Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method for manufacturing a hook member of a hook-and-loop fastener. The method comprises the steps of: providing a plurality of plastic monofilaments (such as polypropylene (PP) monofilaments); forming a plurality of loops on each of the plurality of plastic monofilaments such that each of the plurality of plastic monofilaments has a plurality of loop portions and flat portions between adjacent loop portions; covering the flat portions of the plurality of plastic monofilaments with a web of substrate; fusing the flat portions of the plurality of plastic monofilaments to the substrate so as to fix the plurality of loop portions of the plastic monofilaments onto the substrate; and converting the plurality of loop portions into a plurality of hook elements to thereby producing the hook member that comprises a plurality of hook elements.

A pawl hole and a pawl are formed on the movable portion, and the width of the pawl hole is greater than that of the movable portion. Each of the convex portions of the stripe body has a hook-like structure oriented toward the first end. Therefore, the hook-like structures engage the pawl when the movable portion of the stripe body passes through the pawl hole for achieving a securing effect.

In a first stage of the method, a hook strap on which a plurality of hook preforms each having a substantially V-shaped free end are integrally molded. Then, in a second stage of the method, the V-shaped free end of each the hook preform is deformed into a polygonal head portion by two calendar rolls so as to form a mushroom-type hook strap that has a higher engaging percentage with the loop strap, has a longer lifetime, and is capable of providing a reliable and all-directional uniform fastening function.

The glue layer, the pattern layer and the transparent layer are fixed in sequence on the predetermined location of the lace body by thermal pressing. A plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions are formed on a surface of the transparent layer which are alternately arranged on the surface of the transparent layer, so that the concave portions or the convex portions can refract light through the first portions and the second portions in accordance with changes of user's view angle.
