Abstract: A method for decreasing resistivity of an electrolyte for an electric double-layer capacitor is provided. In this method, an aqueous electrolyte solution comprising LiNO3 and LiOH in a molar ratio of 1:9 to 9:1 is prepared first, and then purged with nitrogen or oxygen. An electric double-layer capacitor having the gas-purging aqueous electrolyte solution above is also provided.
Abstract: An electrochemical method for manufacturing a lithium phosphate (Li3PO4) thin film includes preparing an electroplating solution and forming the lithium phosphate thin film on a conductive substrate under suitable conditions. The electroplating bath includes about 10?2 M to about 10?1 M lithium ion and about 10?2 M to about 1 M monohydrogen phosphate ion (HPO42?) or dihydrogen phosphate ion (H2PO4?).

Abstract: The invention provides a conductive powder composite including a bamboo charcoal powder pre-processed with a pulverizing procedure and a refining procedure of 900 to 1500° C. and a conductive carbon black powder, wherein the bamboo charcoal powder and the conductive carbon black powder are blended by a high speed mechanical granulating machine to form the conductive powder composite. The conductive powder composite can simultaneously and effectively improve the poor conductivity of the bamboo charcoal powder and the embrittlement characteristic of the conductive carbon black powder in the conventional technology. The invention also provides a conductive masterbatch and a fabrication method thereof, and a multifunctional antistatic non-woven fabric and a fabrication method thereof.
Abstract: A textile structure for detecting body surface electrical signals of human is provided. The textile structure includes a non-conductive textile, a conductive textile, and a plurality of test terminals. The non-conductive textile covers the human body. The conductive textile has a first region, a second region, and a third region. The first region is interdigitated into but not electrically coupled to the third region. The first to third test terminals are respectively coupled to the first to third regions of the conductive textile. The first and second test terminals are used for detecting ECG signals. The first and third test terminals are used for detecting respiratory signals.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing water-treatment particles comprises respectively preparing a particle-fabricating solution that comprises chitinous composition and a forming solution first. Next, a complex solution is prepared by adding calcium sulfite into the particle-fabricating solution. Finally, the complex solution is pumped into the forming solution to form water-treatment particles. In addition, water-treatment particles manufactured by the method above are also disclosed in the specification.
Abstract: A linear light-emitting module including a conducting line, a plurality of LED packages, and a plurality of package colloid is provided. The conducting line includes a pair of conducting wires which are isolated from each other and a light-guiding insulating material. The light-guiding insulating material partially covers the conducting wires so as to expose a plurality of local portions. The LED packages are disposed between the conducting wires, and each of the LED packages is electrically connected to one of the local portions, wherein each LED package has a light-emergence surface, and the light-emergence surface is substantially perpendicular to an extension direction of the corresponding local portion. The package colloid cover the LED packages and the local portions. A textile product having the foregoing linear light-emitting module is also provided.

Abstract: An apparatus for fabricating three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure is disclosed, which includes an adjustable frame, a three-dimensional mold, a rotary shaft connecting the three-dimensional mold and the adjustable frame, and a meltblown device. The three-dimensional mold is rotated relative to the adjustable frame. The meltblown device has plural nozzles for spinning a plurality of fibers, wherein the three-dimensional mold is rotated in front of the nozzles to select the fibers, and a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure is formed on the three-dimensional mold.
Abstract: A weaving machine for weaving a strong fabric on a surface of a linear light-emitting module is provided. The weaving machine includes a warp let-off mechanism, a drop wire, a plurality of heald frames, a picking mechanism, a beating-up mechanism, and a take-up mechanism. The warp let-off mechanism provides and transmits a plurality of warps and the linear light-emitting module. The heald eye of each heald frame allows the warps and the linear light-emitting module to pass through. The heald frames are located between the warp let-off mechanism and the beating-up mechanism. The take-up mechanism is suitable for adjusting and controlling latitude density of the strong fabric, wherein the take-up mechanism has a set of grooves corresponding to the linear light-emitting module.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for preparing non-dripping flame retarding masterbatches and filamentous non-dripping flame retarding materials. First, an admixture including a flame retardant, a crosslinking agent, a thermoplastic polymer, and a dispersing agent is prepared, and then a crosslinking initiator is added into the admixture to form a composition which is then compounded and pelletized to obtain the non-dripping flame retarding masterbatch. The resultant non-dripping flame retarding masterbatch is suitable for use in a spinning process to obtain filamentous non-dripping flame retarding materials.

Abstract: The present invention provides a sleep respiration monitoring system for monitoring sleep quality of a user. The sleep respiration monitoring system has a sensing fabric, a detecting circuit and a judging and analysis circuit. The electrical characteristics of the sensing fabric vary with respiration status or extent of body movement of a user. The detecting circuit detects the electrical characteristics of the sensing fabric. The judging and analysis circuit performs signal processing, signal collection, signal classification and signal determination on output signals of the detecting circuit, so as to determine whether the user lies on the sensing fabric and the sleep quality of the user.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are spinning solutions and methods for manufacturing a biomaterial fiber. The spinning solution includes a biologically absorbable material having a haemostatic function, a polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA) and gelatin, and a solvent, wherein the polysaccharide and the haemostatic material exist in a weight ratio between about 0.1 to about 3. The method includes steps of wet spinning the spinning solution into the biomaterial fiber.
Abstract: A weaving machine for weaving a three-dimensional distance woven fabric including two outer fabrics and inter-yarns connected with the outer fabrics is provided. The weaving machine includes a warp let-off mechanism, heald frames, a picking mechanism, a beating-up mechanism, a yarn raising mechanism, and a take-up mechanism. The warp let-off mechanism includes at least two warp beams for providing and transferring warps. A plurality of vertically arranged heald wires are supported by each of the heald frames, wherein each of the heald wires has a heald eye for the warps passing through. The warps are driven and divided into two warp layers by the heald frames such that a shed is formed between the two warp layers. The picking mechanism transfers wefts to pass through the shed. The yarn raising mechanism is suitable for passing through the shed and raising parts of the warps functioning as the inter-yarns.
Abstract: A nanofiber-containing membrane has a specific surface area of 0.1 to 1000 m2/g, porosity of 10 to 99.5% and a pore size of 0.01 to 10 ?m. This provides a nanofiber-containing membrane having properties of high specific surface area, high porosity, nanoscale pore size, high pore uniformity and so on. A process for producing a nanofiber-containing membrane comprising producing a membrane from a polymer solution by electrospinning technology under optimal operation conditions.
