Abstract: Disclosed herein is a thermoplastic cellulosic composition for preparing a cellulose-based masterbatch and/or a cellulose-based fiber with a networked structure. In one example, the thermoplastic cellulosic composition includes an esterified cellulose present in a range of about 80 wt % to about 95 wt %, polyethylene glycol present in a range of about 4.5 wt % to about 12 wt %, a tri-functional cross-linking agent present in a range of about 0.01 wt % to about 3 wt %, an initiator present in a range of about 0.01 wt % to about 0.15 wt %, and a dispersing agent present in a range of about 0.01 wt % to about 5 wt %.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a water-based electrolyte for an electric double layer capacitor. The water-based electrolyte includes a solution having a first salt and a second salt. The cation of the first salt may be Li+, Na+ or K+, whereas the cation of the second salt may be Cl?, SO42?, PO43? or NO3?, whereas the anion of the second salt is OH?.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a composition for preparing a non-dripping flame retarding masterbatch. The flame retarding masterbatch includes a fire retardant in an amount of about 0.1-15.0 wt %, a crosslinking agent in an amount of about 0.1-1.5 wt %, a thermoplastic polymer in an amount of about 76.5-99.5 wt %, a crosslinking initiator in an amount of about 0.01-2.0 wt %, and a dispersing agent in an amount of about 0.1-5.0 wt % in the composition.

Abstract: A linear light-emitting module including a conducting line, a plurality of LED packages, and a plurality of package colloid is provided. The conducting line includes a pair of conducting wires which are isolated from each other and a light-guiding insulating material. The light-guiding insulating material partially covers the conducting wires so as to expose a plurality of local portions. The LED packages are disposed between the conducting wires, and each of the LED packages is electrically connected to one of the local portions, wherein each LED package has a light-emergence surface, and the light-emergence surface is substantially perpendicular to an extension direction of the corresponding local portion. The package colloid cover the LED packages and the local portions. A textile product having the foregoing linear light-emitting module is also provided.

Abstract: A fabric structure includes a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer, a plurality of conductive yarns, and a plurality of connecting yarns. A yarn coverage ratio of the first fabric layer ranges from about 90% to about 100%. A yarn coverage ratio of the second fabric layer ranges from about 90% to about 100%. The conductive yarns are distributed between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer. The connecting yarns interlace the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer, so that the conductive yarns are sandwiched between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer. The conductive yarns and the connecting yarns are not interlaced.
Abstract: An assembled flexible textile capacitor module including a plurality of flexible textile capacitors and at least one flexible connecting board is provided. The flexible connecting board is connected electrically between two adjacent flexible textile capacitors, so that the flexible textile capacitors are connected in series, in parallel, or in series-parallel.
Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing nonwoven fabric including a spinning nozzle, a fiber extension device, a receiver device and a sprinkler is provided. The spinning nozzle is filled with a spinning solution and has a plurality of spinners, where each of the spinners includes a spinning port and a main gas port surrounding the spinning port. The fiber extension device is disposed under the spinning nozzle and includes at least one secondary gas supply device. The secondary gas supply device has an arc gas distribution portion, such that the direction of gas ejected from the secondary gas supply device is the same as the direction of gas ejected from the main gas port. The receiver device is disposed under the fiber extension device. The sprinkler is disposed above the fiber extension device or the receiver device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a near infrared absorbing agent. The method includes admixing tungsten trioxide and a reducing agent in water and allowing for a partial reduction of the tungsten trioxides to yield the near infrared absorbing agent.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a photoanode for a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is provided. The method includes the following steps. A particle colloid is electrospun to form a first electrospun thin film layer on a substrate. The particle colloid includes titanium dioxide nanopartictes, a polymer material, a dispersing agent and a solvent. The first electrospun thin film layer is then sintered to form a main titanium dioxide layer. A photoanode manufactured by the method mentioned above is also provided.
Abstract: A skin care composition with indicating function including a skin care component, a pH indicator and a buffer solution is provided. The skin care composition has a pH value less than or equal to 8. A method of using the skin care composition includes the following. The skin care composition is applied on a skin surface. After the skin care composition is applied on the skin surface for a period of time, the color of the skin care composition changes. When the color of the skin care composition changes, the skin care composition is removed from the skin surface.
Abstract: A planting three-dimensional textile including a first textile layer and a second textile layer is provided. The first textile layer has a plurality of connecting blocks which are separated from each other and arranged in array. The second textile layer covers the first textile layer, and the second textile layer is only connected to the connecting blocks so as to define a plurality of planting channels separated form each other between the first textile layer and the second textile layer. The second textile layer has a plurality of openings. A planting apparatus is also provided.
Abstract: A machine for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric includes a conveyer net, a spunbonding apparatus, and a container. In use, the spunbonding apparatus can project at least one fiber onto the conveyer net. The container can contain liquid, wherein the liquid level of the container is higher than at least a part of the conveyer net which the fiber is projected onto.
Abstract: A spunbonding apparatus includes at least one nozzle, a coagulating tank, a deformation region, a slit passage, and a drawing flow pump. The nozzle extrudes at least one spinning solution. The coagulating tank contains coagulating liquid to coagulate the spinning solution into at least one fiber. The deformation region is located between the coagulating tank and the nozzle. The slit passage is connected to the coagulating tank and allows the fiber to pass therethrough. The drawing flow pump provides a drawing flow to the slit passage.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are processes for manufacturing modified polyesters. An esterification reaction of diacid, diol and a branching agent having at least three carboxyl groups is carried out at a temperature of about 180 to 300° C. and a pressure of about 1 to 4 bar to obtain a product of esterification. A polycondensation reaction of the product of esterification and a diamine is carried out at a pressure below about 0.01 bars to obtain the modified polyester.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing water-treatment particles comprises respectively preparing a particle-fabricating solution that comprises chitinous composition and a forming solution first. Next, a complex solution is prepared by adding calcium sulfite into the particle-fabricating solution. Finally, the complex solution is pumped into the forming solution to form water-treatment particles. In addition, water-treatment particles manufactured by the method above are also disclosed in the specification.
Abstract: A three-dimensional distance woven fabric including two outer fabrics and a plurality of inter-yarns connected with the outer fabrics, wherein a gap distance between the outer fabrics is greater than 20 centimeters A method for weaving the aforesaid three-dimensional distance woven fabric is also provided.
