    Abstract: A reinforcement learning system is provided, including at least one agent and a server. According to a set condition, the at least one agent transmits a plurality of state sets related to a state of the environment through a network, receives a plurality of action sets for performing an action, and transmits, to the server, a plurality of feedback messages generated after interacting with the environment. The server configures a predetermined ratio of the memory space as at least one workstation according to the set condition, and selects an untrained model to be temporarily stored in the at least one workstation. The at least one workstation imports a current state set, a current action set, and a current feedback message, as parameters, into the untrained model for reinforcement learning, and generates a next action set until a goal is achieved.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a micro-needle device includes following steps: a target tissue basic information obtaining step, a micro-needle template obtaining step, a micro-needle material adding step, a micro-needle semi-product obtaining step, and a micro-needle device obtaining step. The inner tissue distribution information is obtained by the application of optical coherence tomography. The micro-needle template is obtained according to the skin surface curvature information and the inner tissue distribution information. The micro-needle template has a plurality of areas and a plurality of mold holes. One or both of the diameter and the depth of the mold hole is determined by the inner tissue distribution information, and the curvature radius of the areas is determined by the skin surface curvature information. The manufacturing method for a micro-needle device is applicable to micro-needles with mixed configurations as well as micro-needles with syringe configurations.

    Abstract: A detection substrate includes a substrate, a wetting layer, a barrier layer, a reaction layer, a counter electrode layer, a reference electrode layer, an insulating frame, and a plurality of wirings. The substrate includes a counter electrode, a working electrode, and a reference electrode. The reaction layer is located on the barrier layer. A surface of the reaction layer has a naturally micro-etched nano pattern. The counter electrode layer has an accommodating area which accommodates the reaction layer, and the naturally micro-etched nano pattern is exposed from the accommodating area. The insulating frame is located on a measurement area. The detection substrate has electrodes. During use, a predetermined reaction potential is applied to the detection substrate by an electrochemical device, and a Raman spectroscopy analysis is performed to obtain a strengthened Raman spectroscopy signal. A Raman spectrum detection system and a Raman spectrum detection method are also provided.

    Abstract: A work log posting system includes a project database, a meeting record analysis module, a project classification module, and a work log module. The project database stores a plurality of keyword sets, each corresponding to a project. The meeting record analysis module analyzes a meeting record including a statement content, an attendance list, and a meeting period, to extract a plurality of terms from the statement content of the meeting record. The project classification module classifies the meeting record to one of the projects according to the relevance between the terms in the statement content and each keyword set. The work log module counts, according to the classification result of the meeting record, the meeting period attended by each person on the attendance list and the project to which the meeting period belongs, so as to preload the statistical result into a work log.

    Abstract: A micro-needle device is applicable for a target tissue with a first area having a first parameter and a second area having a second parameter. The micro-needle device includes a substrate and a micro-needle array connected to the substrate. One of the surfaces of the substrate having the micro-needle array corresponds to the surface curvature of the target tissue.     Abstract: A physiological information collecting system and a transceiver device thereof are configured to collect physiological information from animal bodies. The transceiver device includes a front-end circuit, a follower circuit, a quadrature delay line and an output circuit. The front-end circuit separates a discontinuous signal into an in-phase signal and a quadrature signal. The follower circuit outputs a control voltage and rotates the in-phase signal by a predetermined phase angle to output a follower signal. The quadrature delay line rotates the quadrature signal by a corresponding phase angle according to the control voltage. The output circuit synthesizes the follower signal and the quadrature signal and outputs a data signal by demodulating the discontinuous signal.

    Abstract: An indoor air quality control system, including a plurality of fixed detectors, an unmanned vehicle platform and a cloud computing platform. The fixed detectors detect the indoor air quality at respective designated positions in an indoor area. The unmanned vehicle platform moves along a designated route in the indoor area. When an index corresponding to the indoor air quality at a designated position reaches an air pollution warning value, a processing unit of the unmanned vehicle platform controls the unmanned vehicle platform to move towards a corresponding one of the designated positions and controls an air cleaning device on the unmanned vehicle platform to perform air cleaning. The cloud computing platform receives the indoor air quality detected by the respective fixed detectors and the mobile air quality detected by a mobile detector on the unmanned vehicle platform over the Internet.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a cross-linking non-fluoro hydrophobic aqueous polyurethane dispersion, which is produced by selecting a compound comprising alcohols, amines, acids, saturated or unsaturated (double-bonded or epoxidized) aliphatic long chain carbon-carbon groups or polydimethylsiloxane comprising alcohol groups, amines, oxosilane to be reacted with IPDI to obtain a PU prepolymer; adding a compound having tertiary amines to neutralize the carboxylic acid of PU prepolymer and adding water to disperse the PU prepolymer; and adding a ambient temperature cross-linking agent to obtain a cross-linking hydrophobic aqueous PU dispersion of the present invention. The hydrophobic aqueous-based PU resin has no fluorine which is friendly to the environment, and may further self cross-links on its applications on fabric, paper, wood, glass and metal surfaces, respectively on drying at ambient temperature which is energy saving process.
