Abstract: A dual clutch that includes a first clutch, a second clutch, a ball ramp assembly and at least one actuator is provided. The first clutch engages and disengages a first set of gears. The second clutch engages and disengages a second set of gears. The at least one ball ramp assembly includes at least one ball, first member and a second member. The first member includes a ball pocket for each ball. The second member has at least one ball ramp. The at least one ball partially received in an associated ball pocket of the first member and ball ramp of the second member. The at least one actuator is configured and arranged to rotate one of the first member and the second member to cause the at least one ball ramp assembly to activate at least one of the first clutch and the second clutch.

Abstract: An appliance for making beverages has a French press style carafe and a base adapted to receive the carafe removably thereon. The carafe has a rotatable stirring blade. The base has a motor rotationally coupled to the stirring blade, a heater, and a resting surface in thermal communication with the heater. Energization of the motor causes stirring of the liquid in the pitcher and energization of the heater causes heating of the liquid in the pitcher.

Abstract: Methods and systems for mobile device-based touchless control can include receiving an image of a user and applying a convolutional neural network to the image to determine a feature map. Further, a key-points map and an affinity-field map can be determined based on the feature map, and the pose of the user can be determined based on the maps. The methods and system further include identifying an activation gesture of the user and determining a validity of a bounding box associated with the pose of the user, and tracking the pose of the user and a portion of a body of the user for performing the touchless control. Further, the methods and systems include determining a mapping between the portion of the user's body and a cursor position associated with an application, and moving the cursor position to enable touchless user interaction. Embodiments use computer vision techniques to enable a resource-limited mobile device to conduct the aforementioned steps.

Abstract: A chuck with automatic positioning collet is provided. The chuck includes a rotation member, over which a stationary member is sleeved. A piston is arranged inside the rotation member by means of a slidable sleeve that includes an internal thread screwed to an external thread of a collet. The rotation member includes an elastic piston pin assembly selectively alignable with a positioning groove of the collet. The stationary member is provided with two gas passages through which gas introduced may drive the piston to move in opposite directions so as to move the slidable sleeve and the collet in opposite directions to cause a tapering hole of the rotation member to loop tightly up or release the collet and an object received in the collet and the gas simultaneously drives the elastic piston pin assembly to position the positioning groove of the collet.

The system includes a server maintaining a database including a plurality of player development records, each player development record including at least training data, competition data, and biographic data. The system also includes an application hosted by the server, the application including a user interface and an automated player performance application, the automated player performance application being configured to generate a player development profile for display in the user interface, the player development profile being based at least in part on performance trends in the player development record and also including one or more recommendations or comparisons.

Abstract: Methods and systems for virtual coaching and performance training using a mobile device are disclosed. The methods and systems perform the steps of capturing a training video of a player using a camera on the mobile device; augmenting the training video with a visual cue for a cue period starting from a first time instant; determining whether the player has responded to the visual cue at a second time instant within the cue period, by analyzing a body posture flow of the player between the first time instant and the second time instant, wherein the body posture flow is extracted from the training video by performing a computer vision algorithm on one or more frames of the training video; and in response to determining that the player has responded to the visual cue, generating a feedback to the player.

Abstract: Disclosed is an external breast prosthesis (1), including an envelope (2) of flexible material with a breast shape, the envelope defining an internal cavity (6) closed by a protective lid (3) of which one face, called the external face (4), is designed to be pressed against the chest of a person, the cavity enclosing a filler and a weighted element intended to adjust the weight of the prosthesis. The weighted element is in the form of a plurality of ballast elements (7) which are distributed along a sagittal axis of the prosthesis substantially perpendicular to the plane of the protective lid.

Abstract: A clutch assembly for driveline components is provided. The ball ramp having first and second ball ramp members and at least one ball is provided. The first ball ramp member of the ball ramp is in operational communication with an input member to the clutch assembly. A first set of plates of a clutch pack are in operational communication with the input member and a second set of plates of the clutch pack are in operational communication with an output member. A sprag clutch assembly that is operationally coupled to the second ball ramp member of the ball ramp, only allows the second ball ramp member of the ball ramp to rotate in first direction. A thrust bearing that is in operational communication with the second ball ramp member of the ball ramp selectively disengages the clutch pack when the output member rotates in a second direction.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus capable of altering a physiological parameter such as the heart rate of a user to provide a relaxing or stimulating effect on the user is provided. The apparatus comprises a device capable of engaging the patient's skin to provide a rhythmic tactile stimulus to the user that can alter the user's heart rate and an arrangement for securing the device to the user such that the device can apply the stimulus to the user. The apparatus may be part of a system enabling the device to be controlled remotely. The apparatus may also be configured to provide additional tactile stimuli.

Abstract: A shift control is provided. The shift control includes an operator input, a memory and a controller. The memory is used to store a plurality of shifting maps. Each shifting map is associated with a select input signal received from the operator input. At least some of the shifting maps include launch aggressiveness parameters based on anticipated vehicle use. The controller is in communication with the operator input and the memory. The controller is configured to control shifting of a transmission based at least in part on a shifting map stored in the memory associated with an input signal received from the operator input.

Abstract: A drive clutch including a primary post, a fixed sheave, a movable sheave, an activation assembly is provided. The fixed sheave is statically coupled to the primary post. The movable sheave is slidably mounted on the primary post. The activation assembly is in operational communication with the movable sheave to move the movable sheave on the primary post away from and towards the fixed sheave based on a centrifugal force experienced by the drive clutch. The activation assembly includes a spider, at least one trunnion slidably mounted on a spider arm and a main activation biasing member. The at least one trunnion has opposable extending trunnion arms. A roller is rotationally mounted on each trunnion arm. Each roller is positioned to engage a ramp profile associated with a sheave post extending from the movable sheave. The main activation biasing member is positioned to assert a biasing force on the spider.

Abstract: Methods and systems for ball shot attempt detection and game analytics generation are disclosed. The methods and systems perform steps to receive an input video of a ball gameplay, wherein the input video was captured using a stationary camera, and wherein frames of the input video comprises a goal; identify a Region of Interest (ROI) surrounding the goal by performing a first computer vision algorithm on the input video; detect a ball within the ROI during a shot attempt and determining a trajectory of the ball by performing a second computer vision algorithm on the input video; and identify a player relevant to the shot attempt based on the trajectory of the ball. In some embodiments, the computer vision algorithms comprise a convolution neural network (CNN). The present invention uses computer vision techniques to enable a resource-limited mobile device such as a smartphone to efficiently execute the new process.

A movable sheave assembly that includes a movable sheave belt engaging face, is configured to move axially on the post to move the movable sheave belt engaging face in relation to the fixed sheave belt engaging face depending on a rotational speed of the drive clutch. An idler bearing is mounted on the post at least in part between the movable sheave belt engaging face and the fixed sheave belt engaging face. The idler bearing includes a one-way rotational assembly and has an outer belt engaging surface with outward extending cogs configured to engage teeth of a belt to prevent slippage during engine braking.
