Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of extracting mesenchymal stem cells from human or animal embryo, comprising: A. taking the sample based on human or animal embryo, centrifuging the sample; B. digesting the sample with enzyme digestion solution, and making single cell suspension, wherein said enzyme digestion solution comprises trysin-EDTA and collagenase IV; C. adding mesenchymal stem cell culture medium A to the isolated single cells, inoculating and culturing the cells; D. treating the cells with adherence purification, and obtaining mesenchymal stem cells by magnetic sorting. The present invention also relates to a method of extracting the secretion product from mesenchymal stem cells, the use of the secretion product in the aspects of cosmetic and healthcare, and an epidermal cell repairing lotion made using the secretion product.

Abstract: An apparatus which includes a towel body formed from a single piece of fabric and having a top side and an opposite bottom side and formed of a towel material. The towel body has a soft terry cloth portion suitable for polishing a golf club head and a weaved portion at a first end of the towel body, the weaved portion having grooves to present a rough surface for cleaning a golf ball or a golf club head. There is a first binding on the first end of the towel body formed by folding over a first end of the single piece of fabric on itself and stitching. There is a second binding on the second end of the towel body formed by folding over the second end of the single piece of fabric on itself and stitching. There are also edge bindings along the edges of the towel body between the first end and the second end formed by stitching along edges of the single piece of fabric.

Abstract: A wrench includes a driving head, an axle hole formed at an end of the driving head, an accommodating portion disposed in the axle hole for accommodating pawls, a control ring contained in the axle hole and having an end extended out of the axle hole and coupled to a wrench handle, and a ratchet section and a smooth section defined on an external periphery of the control ring, and the ratchet section is provided for latching the pawls to define a fixed state of latching the wrench handle with the driving head and can be rotated into a secured status, and the smooth section is provided for pushing the pawls to release the fixed state of latching the control ring, so as to allow the wrench handle to be turned with respect to the driving head for a quick rotation.

Abstract: A gastroretentive drug delivery system is provided. Said system comprises a hollow vesicle and a drug-containing layer which surrounds the hollow vesicle. Said hollow vesicle preferably has a single chamber structure. The size in maximal diameter direction of said hollow vesicle is preferably 0.5-3.5 cm. The gastroretentive drug delivery system preferably contains an isolating layer and/or waterproofing layer between the hollow vesicle and the layer containing drug.

Abstract: The patron restraint system for amusement rides includes a locking receiver with a locking assembly for engaging a restraining strap. The engagement of the restraining strap in the locking receiver can be verified by a ride operator by visual or physical inspection, or by a sensor system indicating the locked or unlocked state of the locking receiver. A latching ratchet mechanism may be provided in the receiver to restrict movement of the restraining strap until it is released by the ride operator. The sensor system includes an acoustic sensor that detects alignment of an aperture with a piezoelectric acoustic emitter and an acoustic detector.

Abstract: A wireless brake light and signal indicator for transportation has a front controller mounted on a handlebar of a bicycle, a brake signal generator mounted to a brake lever and connected to the front controller, and a tail signal indicator wirelessly controlled by the front controller. The brake signal generator has an insulation body and two strip electrodes sleeved therein. The strip electrodes are mutually isolated. The insulation body has a resilient portion formed at one end thereof. The strip electrodes are constantly open and located oppositely in the resilient portion. The resilient portion aligns with the force application portion of the brake lever. Once the brake lever is gripped, the resilient portion is compressed so that the strip electrodes are shorted and a brake signal is sent to the front controller. The front controller wirelessly activates a brake light to warn vehicles or pedestrians behind.

Abstract: There are provided a method for managing and searching information in a mobile terminal and methodology for constructing the method. The method comprises: when a text is provided, preprocessing the provided text; extracting anchor text candidates in the preprocessed text; calculating relatedness between terms; determining ranking based on the relatedness using context information; and constructing a hypertext system for providing hypertext links to the provided text based on the ranking. Accordingly, there is provided a method for providing hypertext links in a mobile terminal, which provides information management and search function using the hypertext links, so that information in the mobile terminal can be constructed by the hypertext links, thereby promoting user's convenience.

The system starts by: placing a telephone call to an answering machine; playing a recorded message onto the answering machine: monitoring the machine for echo cancellation sounds (sounds emanating from the answering machine) while simultaneously playing the message; repeating the playing of said message onto the answering machine while monitoring for echo cancellation sounds; and continuing to play the message until there are no echo cancellation sounds whereby the recorded message is launched unto the answering machine and continues playing the message to completion. If there are greater than three occurrences of echo cancellation sounds.

A standing wave is easily attained by there being an adjustable guide device in the wave pool at a distance from the bottom end of the ramp in the flow direction as a wave initiator. The wave pool, during operation of at least one pump, has a liquid level which is located above the liquid level of a main pool which surrounds the wave pool and the amount of water in the wave pool offers a defined resistance to the water flowing down the ramp so that the formation and height of the standing wave are influenced by the change of the flow velocity.

Besides, the first block bump and the second block bump are formed by a wedge bonding method, therefore, the block bumps are more easily formed into larger sizes, which enhance electrical performance and thermal dissipation performance of the flip-chip structure due to a lower contact resistance and a larger contact area between the die and the substrate.
