The cull plate includes a through hole which forms at least a part of a flow path extended from the resin reservoir part to an upper surface of the cull plate. The through hole of the cull plate includes a tapered portion and a straight pipe portion being adjacent to the tapered portion. The tapered portion has an inner diameter gradually decreasing toward the upper surface of the cull plate, and the straight pipe portion has a constant inner diameter in a height direction.
